Wouldn't be bothered about losing Sarginson. When I first saw him come through I honestly thought he could be a player who one day could play International rugby league. Since actually getting into the team he has been extremely poor and I reckon he might spend most of his career on the treatment table. One of the worst defensive backs I have seen turn out for us, he must have been mentored by Howell and Clubb.

Would be disappointed to lose Caro, like others have said, huge potential, even though he is a way off being a quality winger. I can't get the thought of the fastest man in Super League being run down by A N Other at Priestfield though, he has all the attributes but when he gets the ball it goes out of the window.

Krasniqi is our best youngster at the moment IMO, think he could have a long and successful career in the game.

Krasniqi has a great attitude and looks determined to succeed if given the chance.

McMeeken is a big lad who works very hard and must be in with a shout as well. Will Lovell also looks a big lad but i dont think he has the speed to be a Centre but could make the grade still.

I think Sarg just needs a year playing in a settled position, he's been shifted around alot which can't have helped his development.

Not only that but he's been playing under the worst coach imaginable. It's ridiculous that anybody could write him off. Moronic even.

I'm just waiting for us to recall Thomas from his Skolars duties and put him into the first team, I've thought he should of been in their months ago, especially after his performance last season against Wakefield where he had a very good game on his first and only first team match.

Olsi has come on leaps and bounds since TR's return..He has shown a turn of speed and a spacial awareness that was being restricted under Powells watch....Hope we see this Feltham boy at Broncos for seasons to come...

So do I Steve. I would like to think that with us playing well and getting better crowds (hopefully) under Rea the youngsters will develope and stay with us and give us stability.

I would give Oscar Thomas a run out. He seems to be quite a character, lots of pace and a good kick. Love his hairstyle too! Bishay is a good call, a more orthodox scrum half.

Or perhaps when he turns 19.

I think criticism of Sarginson is a bit harsh. He was one of the few players earlier in the season to get excited about. He's got a turn of pace and a bit of skill. He's not yet 19 IIRC? He lost confidence in the middle of the campaign and then got injured, which is obviously unfortunate. Of all the young players I've seen come through in the last two years he's the one with the most potential IMO. As someone else noted, he's been moved around positions too. It was perhaps not the smartest move by Powell to have him down the left hand side with another rookie in Dixon earlier on in the season, as both were left defensively exposed. But we should keep hold of him and hope he continues his development.

Sargy was a 6 at youth level. The feeling was he would be a 13 in time. Only Powell would play him at 3 or 4 without every playing there at any level. Made all the worse by playing youngsters inside and out of him in the defensive line.

DVD of each Skolars game passed on to Broncos so they can monitor how the 'on loan' players are going. Joe was at Broncos office or spoke to Rob every week about them & believe same now TR in charge.

Id keep Dixon and Olsi ahead of Caro and Sargy. Wingers who are nothing but fast are pretty useless in the modern game and i dont see the guile, footy brain or determination in Caro, especially when compared to Dixon. Sargy's done a Mke Worrincy imo, burst on the scene with some gambreaking tries and then fallen flat when he's tried to play a position properly in a team structure. Could be good but not convinced.

If people accuse Wheeldon of being overweight, they'll have a hernia when they see Thomas. Big, overweight, slow prop forward. I'm not sure about Lamont. He has bulked up considerably and is a different player at prop.
