What's the point? The overwhelming majority of our Northern friends have plenty of nasty things to say about our club, why can't we join in? Our supporters are too soft.

No thanks. I hope we murder Batley, their fans have a terrible day out and our supporters laugh at them on the way out. Although I don't care for football much as a sport, their supporters are top class, always trying to wind up the opposition creating a decent atmosphere. Give me that over 'banter' and a 'family sport'.

Very much my opinion, don't expect many to agree but I like a bit of animosity.

I get at times tired of giving northern fans stick! had many letters in both rugby weekly papers telling the truth and defending super league and rugby league in the South! it annoys me how totally blinkered some rugby league fans are in the heartlands I'm sure they would rather go back to being semi-pro and lose talented players to union as long as the game was just in the North!

Proper super league teams , have a home support over 3,000( what was your att against Dews) and a travellin support of 500 to a 1000 (we will see how many fans you bring on sunday) , we are pretty much debt free are you , yes with the money you get from super league / sky you should be puttin 50 past us , hope you all enjoy your visit to yorkshire , and go home in a better mood than you seem to be at the moment , after watching a proper , close rugby league game

We should treat Batley with respect not giving their fans and coach ammo to fire up their players on Sunday. Very dumb. We can do the crowing IF we beat them on their 'interesting' pitch. I hope it is a good game played in the correct spirit, may the best team win.

For the record, Batley last won the Cup in 1901 when, if I remember correctly (can't be bothered to look it up), we were still playing 15-a-side.

Strange Fox's getting a mention..(I've just had two Butter Crinkles with me tea...very nice too). Didn't know they came from Batley...that's got to be a good reason for a visit.

Might skip the rugby and go for a tour of the Fox's factory instead.
