Disappointing loss, that finally puts to bed our top 4 dream, but its also bad news for the bottom 8s competition in which we carry over our points.
We will be playing Dewsbury at least once more this season in the 8s and possibly the finals series after that, I think every Broncos fan would really love us to beat the rams then as it sounded a bit tasty today.

Pretty sure no. Top 4 in top 8 have grand final play off. Middle 8 have 4v5 for final sl spot bottom 8 I think team that finishes bottom drop down a tier, so no play off

the bottom 8 (and no I don't care if we win or not as it is a tin pot cup) but just wanted to know how it works.

The Bottom 8 teams in the Championship play for the Championship Shield. The teams carry the points they earn in the regular season forward and play each other once more. The top 4 teams then enter the play offs for the Championship Shield. The bottom 2 teams are relegated to League 1.

The top two in League 1 play-off, the winner is promoted the loser goes into the play-off series with 3rd,4th & 5th to decide the remaining promotion slot.

Not the result we wanted, but the result we deserved. It was a poor game, referee was awful he was never in control. Dewsbury a team
who push things to the limit. Very nasty, Dragged us down to their level.The game needed a strong ref, which it did not have.
In addition we were hopeless and got what we deserve. A performance to forget.
When we look back over this season, this game will not figure as one of the high points.
Nice to see a few more faces at an away game.

Woeful performance, at one stage they actually has 11 on field, scored eight points with 12 men and played 59 mins with 12 men etc.

Hendo has been the difference for us, before he pulled his boots on for Blackpool, we were poor. He played and we improved. Now he is back on the sidelines we are poor again. We need a leader on the pitch. Hendo sort it out. You know the answer.
