Hi i ve watched Hull play you on every ground you ve had from the first match at fulham. I don t know about other clubs but has the away support dropped at the stoop.When i speak to other supporters up here since catalans got into super league a lot of fans have dropped your fixture to go there. With cash now been tight wembley/grand final/magic weekend yourselves/ france something has to go.Hope you get things sorted and get stronger

Don't buy this cash strapped excuse. It costs loads to fly to and stay in France and the ale isn't cheap. Away fans probably aren't interested in what in recent years has been a walkover victory in an empty, soulless ground.

Yes. The drop in away fans has been noticeable since Catalans joined SL and when you consider this impacts on almost every home match you get to understand comparing London Crowds to Northern crowds (who enjoy large away followings) you realise that you are not comparing like with like.

If our ground was packed full of londoners on three sides of the grounds you would get a lot more away fans coming down for an 'event' game.

As penguin said, hiking down to an empty souless shell of a ground to watch us is not that inspiring an option

During a couple of matches in the past season, the performances on the pitch were so uninspiring that I found it more interesting to try to count the number of people in the crowd. So, yes.

I'd have walked out of the ground before that point. In fact I've lost count of the amount of times I left games early when we were being hammered.

I think it's perfectly reasonable to suggest that if people are only going to one expensive away game, they will choose Perpignan over London (it's still a novelty at the moment).

Back on topic, we are being discussed on the Quins fans forum and someone has said that it was our players not wanting to move that has led to us staying next year (surely not?) Contributing Quins fans seem happy that we are staying another year. Why isn't it longer?

I think people are being unfair to Gus here. He has only had the whole season to get the one extra year we already had signed.

I don't care whether your 'sources' are correct or not, the information regardless of truth is farcical.

A Chief Executive Officer is responsible for EVERYTHING at the business he or she runs..........he or she manages the people who in turn, manage their areas of expertise. Gus, like it or not, was responsible for the farce that was powell remaining as coach. If it was/is up to DH, then his job title should be GM.....not CEO.

As for TR stopping the move.......if correct, it again shows that the person running the club is DH.......not Gus and it asks the question "what's the point of employing a CEO?"

As an SL team we've always been LB except for when the only chance of survival was a switch to quins. Once it was clear that they no longer wanted to take us over/merge there was no point using their name.
Less of an achievement, more a natural expiration of a previous plan.
