The ref didn't see it, he took advice from the touchy. If the touchy says punches thrown, red for both what does the ref do?

The touchy should not give advice on red or yellow cards. The ref should make the decision based on description of incident from TJ

I agree. I think thats what they do-ask for a "summary of events" and then ask for a decision. ie punches thrown, Red for both, first punch thrown by X penalty to Y

The touchy did not give advice, he gave an account of what he saw and the ref gave his judgement with 2 red cards' which is what wire-quin said

Is it the number of ground moves in the past 30 years?
Is it trophies won?
Is it numbers playing in the region?
Is it numbers of locals playing in the first team?
