I believe it was due to be held today but and a former season ticket holder up to the end if last season I have not heard zip.

Nice bit of light heartedess of a possible live feed to Gutterfax in NZ for the next forum. Great to have some humour after all the negativity over the last year. Positive, upwards and onwards!

Is it going on the forum/website by Rammo. Ive joined twitter just to read it and i see a few snippets but I think im too technically challenged to grasp it.

Hope the 2 players he mentioned are quality players as we need them in those positions. Hope they dont change their mind this time

Nothing funny about what I'd have to say to them.
Glad the 50 or so were happy with all the nice things said.....reality arrives in a weeks time and regardless of what they say, if we treat the season in 4 week, 8 week at 27 week blocks, championship level teams invariably find their level.
Nice to hear the RFL have also given the landlord cash and yet we don't have a marketing dept and he accepts he needs to do more......nothing like a bit of planning....

Might as well enjoy the ride. New beginnings n' all. Smaller ground, more intimate in terms of noise, thus hopefully more inspiring atmosphere to our players to play even more passionately and intensly (if that's even possible,ha). Obviously being a brand new set of players, trying to gel will be tricky. However, with the knowledgeable and people person Joe Grima brought on board, things are looking more hopeful. Impressed by him coming down today and introducing himself along with Tony Rea.

Not many companies divulge their Business/Marketing plans right? Or we are just not privvy to them. Am sure things have been learnt, hopefully, and perhaps a hard push could happen in the locality as TK mentioned today.

Can't wait for the season to start. What started out as a tentative icy atmosphere in the banqueting suite of The Hive, turned into a positive outlook out the end of it, with a passionate sounding TK also. Fingers crossed for a few more signings over the next few weeks.

50 people heard what they wanted to hear......I have heard that the RFL have given OUR LANDLORD a marketing budget but we have no marketing department and the revenue from the tickets goes to OUR LANDLORD.

You offer this club nothing but historical blx. Either we dwell on the past or move on. 50 people today heard a decent and honest appraisal of Broncos life. Real stuff.

Historically (just for you), we've all been here before and got various T-shirts.....I fail to see how some on here expect anything different this time around!

2015 will come no matter what. If its curtains because DH packs in and no one else will take over there is nothing we can do. We may as well enjoy the ride while we can. Sitting around hammering the Club, DH, Gus RFL will not change that.

Each club in Super League will get £1.85 million which is enough to pay the salary cap in full.

Sponsorship is on top plus David Hughes contribution and a new potential contributor waiting in the wings.

The ground is now nicely sorted out for two years with no £25k a match rent anymore

We also have a willing partner to work with.

I don't mind being attacked for making comments that I believe in so here goes.

When someone suggested that London be dropped from the name The Warder said that "London is a massive market to tap into". What puzzles me is that
A/ the Broncos don't gain whether there are 10 people at the game or 10,000, TK does and he seemed only interested in local marketing
B/ has this massive market just occurred, I could have sworn it was there before and we did nothing about it.

Have to say all the new broom stuff and how it was going to be better this time etc was a bit like Groundhog Day from previous moves. The difference this time is the quality of team doesn't look adequate.

And another thing, all this look forward with brave hearts and blind faith and no looking back. Surely we learn lessons from history. What no one has really explained is how the f we got into the mess we were in at the end of last season.

I don't think anyone is pleased as we sure are lacking good experienced players. I think if this deal had been sorted earlier before other matters at the RFL etc. sidetracked things we would have got better players who the club had lined up. However, s**t happens and we are where we are as a result. We are certainly not going to finish in the top eight this season so just avoiding relegation is the target. (Should please people who want to see something at stake) If we get a few more experienced players such as is being discussed we may pull it off. Next season we will really have to get better if we stay up as the worst 2 teams will have gone so lets just win this battle first. Of course under the new 8x8x8 format we'd be playing off against the best in the championship then so maybe it wouldn't be the end of the world even though a bit scary for those of a nervous disposition.

What are these other matters at the RFL that sidetracked things. The club brought the whole mess on themselves!

Paddock, I am really disappointed that we lost assets like Lee, Soward, Clubb, Melling, Kaufusi, Fisher, Bryant & Bailey from the squad and the Youth coaches plus Steve on the PR side.

There's also a lot of hardworking folk whose contribution would be hard to evaluate from outside the club who have also gone who it is a shame to see go.

But we have also shed staff and players from a regime that has seen us in the bottom three since 2007 so we have also got rid of liabilities and also the Stoop which I was fed up with, though I appreciate it was on your doorstep.

And in fairness many of these assets were predetermined to go with offers from the two trophy winning clubs and in some cases a mind already set on retirement.

So the losses in many cases were inevitable.

I'm not delighted with what has gone on but whatever your thoughts on Gus, David, Tony K and Tony Rea and the Hive and the players they are all we have and we have to move forward or be cancerous cells that attack the host to the detriment of it.

Selco is less than 30k a year.......that's the sponsorship cash dealt with, first team costs including travel and a com are well above 1.85
David Hughes is not dropping 2 mill a year any more
The stoop was 200k a year not 325k
The new contributor is currently RECEIVING cash an investing nothing.......he's even on the take from the RFL for marketing FFS!

There is a tendency to look at the one year rather than the buy in to the future. The idea is an incentive for the following year. Personally I doubt it and quite frankly that it will probably be the full stop that is coming at the end of 2014.

Not really. It just means other senses are POSITIVELY hightened. With even positive guidance from a Guide Dog/Walking Stick to still live a happy and progressive life, no matter the obstacle. Just ask David Blunkett.

All depends on two big signings, if they are big enough we could stay up!

There would have been more fans at the forum if it hadn't been on at the same time as the Hemel game.

I thought it was good of them to just come clean and say yeah we messed up, we've learned the lesson the hard way and now we're actively going out to communicate with people.

2/3 more potential signings on the way and TK sounding genuinely enthusiastic, at least give them a year in the new surroundings with different people on board in an intimate stadium more suited to London current fan base.

I know London are not my team but I care a lot about the club, GF I know you're aware of everything that is wrong about the club and no one is asking you to stick your head in the sand but seriously just being negative all the time isn't doing anyone any favours. Everyone is aware the club is still in the crap, but they don't need it ramming down their throats.
London are starting again from scratch, they need all the positivity they can get.
