Agree with that 17, although I'd be surprised if Channing plays ahead of O'Callaghan

I'd be suprised but you can't keep on getting scored on and still make the team week after week, give the lad a go and allow the OC to show to the coaching staff that he warrants a place in the team or matchday squad.

If Channings position is centre and he has a good record as a defender then i would also give him a go. I would also have selected Sam Bolger at Hooker. I havn't heard anyone say he had a bad game when he was on the pitch against Dewsbury - which wasn't for long unfortunately - but it is better to play a player in his proper position, assuming his playing record is good, than try to convert someone to cover it by moving them from another position. This causes at least 2 players playing in their wrong position. Maybe Robertson will be back on the wing to stiffen up the defensive channel there, and we must hope Dorn starts to play.
Watching Featherstone frustrate Wigan in the wet conditions i hope Batley are not as good as Fev. I think Batleys slope is worse than Fevs and Charnley remarked he found it tiring so this could be a real Banana skin.

You could play them all out of position and we should still win this comfortably playing up the hill for the full 80 minutes with sets of 3 tackles instead of 6.

We can't lose this game. There's 2 sides in their league that could maybe compete with us a bit. Batley aren't one of them. Fev played like the club whippet's life depended on a win, and still lost fairly comfortably in the end.
