Wonder who gave the 'hands in' on the final tackle when we were defending the line which lead to the critical try - put them 10 points up i think. That was the game - silly stuff. The commentator said it looked like they were told not to offload the way they were playing.

To say we were awful is a promotion of what actually went on. Ref was a disgrace but he did not lose us the game, the team did that on their own. Poor, I felt sick to my stomach watching it, shameful, woeful. When we were awarded scrums they sauntered over as if next week would do. Do they not know the time goes off when the scrum is formed. No aggression, no passion, no pride, no idea, awful. Same over and over again, pass up the middle kick across the pitch on last play the ball.

Before long even the hard core fans will have disappeared. Curry was the best bit of the night.

Catalans are a top 4 team this year......the result isn't that bad, but the manner of it is. Missed tackles have crept back into the game.....it is no coincidence that the team that misses the least number of tackles normally wins the game. Apart from 15 of the last 20 minutes, Catalans were in 100% control of that game.....anyone who takes a positive from 2 scores late in the game needs their bumps looking at.

First half 10 0 down in 15 mins but then we seemed to switch on. Second half conceded 20 in 15 mins game over as a contest. Listless one dimensional we ak in defence up middle and flanks but I think I am beyond caring.

One team has a coach and we have a muppet. Lacking in ideas and passion. 80 minute game 20 minute team. 17 rounds left, no change expected.

I blame Gower, because apparently he MUST have taken the reins for us to win last week.

First try out wide, nothing to do with poor defence was all down to team thinking thats a knock on so they all stopped! No whistle from the ref so game goes on! ITS BASIC RUGBY

only turned it round when they made a mistake from the kick off, begs the question why we dont vary the kick off a little bit, every single kick off goes exactly the same place tonight
Our first try we were lucky with, easily could have been called as a dropped ball after the tackle
6th tackle option, we kicked to the corner every single time, why not vary it now and again?
overall poor performance and 18 points flattered us

Was amazed we were still in the match at half time. conceded two early penalties quickly after half time and then began to leak cheap points. They can't play a full 80 and the plays are predictable. started to come back into it in the last 20mins, but they had already lost. Rinaldi went off with a leg problem. Doesn't look like we'll get anything in Leeds

Listless and unimaginative with all the defensive frailties back. The Wakefield result is proved to be just an aberation.

Catalans hardly appeared to get out of first gear for much of the game. even when reduced to 12 they looked far the more accomplished team.

I don't really know what to add. I could have so easily not bothered going to watch this game after a very long day at work. A Thursday night's RL in Twickers (or any night in London) is a real pain for me as I get back home well after midnight - but as I love supporting the team as a 'true fan' I went along as usual hoping to see a glimmer of fireworks. But in the cold light of day this was yet another depressing disappointment. I'm not blaming the ref but he really was blind. It took him 55 seconds to see the linesman (dressed in bright yellow and waving a fluorescent orange flag) in the middle of the field before he had to sin-bin the Catalans player... but enough about the ref, he didn't lose it for us. And as for the normal BS about the French team being a top four club is rot as well especially considering we were supposed to be a top 8 side with our newly assembled squad.

Our coach Mr nice guy Rob Powell now has a 20% win rate this season (and a 0% away win rate

) & I can see that percentage getting progressively lower as the months go on. I've almost got to the stage I don't want to bring friends along after last night's loss just for them to us watch us lose week after week, although we're not being tonked like last season. So who's to blame? The whole frigging lot of them to be honest, but a sacking of Rob Powell sacking and putting hard-nut Craig Gower in as captain/coach must hold more weight than ever before now. The very best of luck in Leeds on Monday boys, and if you win I'll eat my hat. Happy Easter to the lot of ya!

I wasn't in attendance so can only comment on some of the highlights I've seen this morning. Dureau's try in particular - dreadful defence

Dreadful indeed - wish I had followed your lead and not bothered.

We seem to have enough in the tank for only half a game, similar to Saints and Hudds games but when the better teams (and Widnes and Salford) find another gear we are shot. 5 tackles and a kick, (sounds like a good song) but the kick was usually inaccurate. At this rate I predict a slow death sometime next year. We make Bradford seem healthy.

2 x 15 minute spells at the beginning of each half cost us the game. They came out and blitzed us.

In attack its all about crossfield kicks from Witt(thats all he does). I watched the Wire game when I got in and was trying to explain to the misuss how Wire open teams up with dummy runners(people doing work for nothing!!) and she really couldn't see it as we dont do it!!! We pass pass pass and the defence just slides across- All we do is reduce the working space. Its rubbish

Last night Gower ran at them plenty of times and as he was about to contact looked for a runner-nothing

Blanch committed to our centre every time when we were near there line-No one saw the missed pass and an inevitable walk in-Brown at Hudds would have had a field day with that opportunity

Thats said Catalans are a decent side-Big, strong in the middle and go wide early.

Atmosphere is dreadful
Post match bar is awful - horrible bright lights - that they can't get even get that right sums up how bad everything is - who runs the place, whoever they are are clearly clueless - unless every other gig/bar is wrong (you put the house lights on when you want people to leave)
On-field performances have been shocking for years and every time I've thought we've reached the nadir it turns out to be just another cliff edge as we tumble down the abyss.

Hand the running of the club over to a panel of fans who give a chuff or throw in the towel cuz whats on offer ATM is a shambles and something I am truly embarrassed to be associated with.
