My season ticket turned up this morning. No mention of any pre-season event, and the two complimentary tickets for friends and family for the Wakefield game will now apparently cost £10.

| The seat number inserts are missing on mine and the missus, although Little Miss Ferret's junior ticket has it's insert. My mate and his missus had their inserts missing so he called the club and they're sorting out, looks like I need to do same.

The actual missing elements do not worry me enough to make a fuss. I probably wouldn't attend the 'exclusive' function, and I don't think I would like any family or friends to suffer inept performances like last season's.
However, I see a far more important point in a business advertising a product or service, taking your cash and then failing to deliver. Is it slapdash administration or a conscious decision? - only the powers that be would know.
The regulars on this board know all about the administrative competence of Quins RL and make allowances - How many new customers/sponsors would be so forgiving if all that was promised was not delivered?

I'd prefer that the club got these basic things right in the first place.
I'm unsure why you have an issue with the club posting on the forums? Have you seen what they are doing on Facebook? We all know they lurk on here, so you think its OK they should let people present all of these issues, and they just sit tight and don't say anything?

If it was a big enough issue, I would expect the club to put something on their main page. As it stands, my season ticket is correct, and I am guessing by the lack of posts on here that most other tickets are correct.
I'm hoping the problems are the exception and not the rule.

There are only 2 active Quins forums in existence (although I stand to be corrected). And this is the biggest.
