My season ticket turned up this morning. No mention of any pre-season event, and the two complimentary tickets for friends and family for the Wakefield game will now apparently cost £10.

Why don't you speak to the club?

Seeing as though the club watch these forums and are perfectly proficient in posting on Facebook, why don't they respond on here so that all of those who are concerned can see the answer?

The seat number inserts are missing on mine and the missus, although Little Miss Ferret's junior ticket has it's insert. My mate and his missus had their inserts missing so he called the club and they're sorting out, looks like I need to do same.

The actual missing elements do not worry me enough to make a fuss. I probably wouldn't attend the 'exclusive' function, and I don't think I would like any family or friends to suffer inept performances like last season's.

However, I see a far more important point in a business advertising a product or service, taking your cash and then failing to deliver. Is it slapdash administration or a conscious decision? - only the powers that be would know.

The regulars on this board know all about the administrative competence of Quins RL and make allowances - How many new customers/sponsors would be so forgiving if all that was promised was not delivered?

Because not every Quins fan looks at this forum?

So the person in question should telephone the club and keep the answer to himself, and this would be a better solution?

Of course not. The fan should phone the club, sort out their problem, then tell people on forums like this what their issue was and how they got it resolved. It's not rocket science!

Or would you rather the club phoned every season ticket holder and asked them whether they have any issues?

I'd prefer that the club got these basic things right in the first place.

I'm unsure why you have an issue with the club posting on the forums? Have you seen what they are doing on Facebook? We all know they lurk on here, so you think its OK they should let people present all of these issues, and they just sit tight and don't say anything?

I've got no problems with the club writing on boards like this, but they start with this board where do they stop? Do they search for every quins fan site and contact people on there?

If it was a big enough issue, I would expect the club to put something on their main page. As it stands, my season ticket is correct, and I am guessing by the lack of posts on here that most other tickets are correct.

I'm hoping the problems are the exception and not the rule.

There are only 2 active Quins forums in existence (although I stand to be corrected). And this is the biggest.

There's something horribly wrong with mine. The fixture list card that came with it has a load of bl**dy rugby ****n fixtures mixed up in it. I sorted it out with a black marker pen.

It's probably (hopefully) reciprocal, but I'd have rather had the away fixtures.

They have provided a fixture list only containing the home fixtures?!









No wonder there's only 50 people max at away games.
