1. Based on construction time of the West stand they can have it built in 4-6 weeks with the internals being worked on for a further 4-6 weeks.
2. Capacity 6500. Still limited to 5100 unless given special dispensation for one off games.
3. No timescales, owner has previously said providing a decent roof for the posh seats is a priority.
4. They aren't. The lease change gives ten years but if no site can be secured then it will be longer. That the Tory council who forced the move out have stayed in power in Barnet suggests this could be longer than hoped.
5. Hmm.. the bit I was avoiding I guess - the lengthening of the pitch for rugby has been shelved.

As I understand it, all the gym, training and admin is at Bushey.

Correct. It's all located at Bushey Sports Club in Hertfordshire including a pitch with the exact do mentions of that at The Hive.
