you improved second half actually won that 6-5 ,then you lost Mathers with what looked like dislocated shoulder ,but he'd spent all the match moaning like the bloody clappers

Mathers has done his shoulder.

Dwyer was the best broncos player. Wallace was excellent. The widnes guy also very good.

Broncos were good in the second half . Got near the line a few times but couldn't get over. Defended well to stop a very good leigh attacking game.

Sammut will get better with more games. Heard we have offered him a one year contact.

The performance was better than I expected from a side which get continually changed year on year.

Thought your Number 14 (Dwyer?) had an excellent game for you guys, ran very well from dummy half and tackled like a demon.

Looked like we were going to run away with it at HT, and although the result was never in doubt you improved defensively, and I think the stop start second half also helped you more than us.
