Just wanted to let you know about the day of London Rugby League tomorrow.

It is the London & South East Cup Finals day, but there is lots more as well.

The location is Twickenham RFC and the running order is:

10:45am - Rutlish Raiders U15 v Southampton U15

12:00pm - Medway Masters v Southampton Masters

12:00pm - London Shield round robin with Chargers A, Billericay, & Beckenham playing

1:45pm - South East Cup Final - Medway v Southampton

3:30pm - London Cup Final - SW London Chargers v Wests Warriors

Entrance is free & food and drinks available.

The sort of event that London Broncos should be promoting.......hope it goes well.

It was a great day for rugby league in London with clubs and skill levels of all abilities on display.

Highlight of the day was arguably the best game of rugby league played in London for a long time.

In the London Cup final - Wests Warriors went out to an early 12 - 0 lead, but SW London clawed their way back to be 18 - 18 at half time.

The second half was end to end stuff, crunching defence, and possibly no missed tackles all played in 30+ degree heat.

Wests kicked a field goal with 6 minutes to go to end the game 19-18

Hopefully Wests will enter the top league in 2015 and we can have games like that each week.

Congrats to wests and what they have achieved in a short 6 months!
