Not bothered too much about the move, giving the collapse in attendances it might be a positive thing, but I still feel we have to look deeper into the reasons behind our fan base' demise.

You don't need to look too deeply for the reasons.

People will put up with a lot of things being done poorly or badly but they wont pay money every week if the team is being thrashed rellentlasly with no end in sight. Fingers crossed we are competitive in 2014 and the fans respond.
