Have you got evidence that The Broncos Foundation does not now exist, you reasoning seems to be as "after making all the staff redundant" is that also accurate? have All Staff been made redundant?'"
I speak to the (now former) Foundation staff pretty regularly, if that's what you'd class as 'evidence'. The East London project finished at the start of this month, and all the Broncos-based Foundation staff have been made redundant.
Tony Rea, Gus, Stevie Magee and the two youth performance managers are employed by the club and not the Foundation. The Foundation now has no staff, no active projects and no activity. It probably still 'exists', but on paper only.
To be clear, I'm not suggesting anything illegal has taken place. I'm suggesting that it seems a little disingenuous to run the auction on the 'it's for our charity/it's for Rugby League development' lines, when the charity has ceased to function.
