It's doing Penny good being at Quins (and it's good for Quins) but I can understand why we (Wire) wouldn't want him out for the season.

Look at Mike Cooper - we called him back from Cas and he slotted back in well from the start as well as giving Cas a lift.

In all honesty Penny has slipped down the ratings at Wire (probably to 4th or 5th choice winger), but if he continues to show his colours then the options are good for him either with Wire or another club when his contract ends.
Either way he's doing the right things, so good luck to him.
