No one has a problem with an opinion, in fact without opinions we wouldn’t have a site. The problem is you don’t appear to compliment the marketing team’s efforts, ever, more you are negative, in my opinion because you are not seeing what you believe is right. I.e. posters in the train station and flower on the roundabout. I’m surprised you are so disparaging of the marketing dept at the club when you don’t have the full facts. Success isn’t going to happen over night as I’m sure you are aware with your history in sales.

Its good that we have sponsors on the kit etc, boxes are being sold, Virgin are getting involved-all income. The indicator of success for most club though appears to be the crowds, which currently we are not increasing.

Didn't Esders get off a one game ban recently too? Fortunately I was sitting in an armchair when I heard the news otherwise I think I'd have fallen onto the floor in shock at something like that going in Quins' favour.

I can empathise with your rhetorical question though. I'm sure I'm not the only one who still remembers Martin Aspinwall's horrific martial arts style challenge on Jon Wells at Griffin Park (something resembling a king fu kick to the midriff with both players running at speed) and is still incredulous that he was never banned for it. (I think the match ref put him on report for it.) That was one of the most dangerous and irresponsible fouls I've sen in any sport - if you don't get punished for that you can probably get away with anything.
