I think you'll find that the disciplinary are very consistent in their inconsistency.

And it was more of a slap than a punch. Hothead Howell could have been in trouble again for running in to that incident. He was lucky that one of the Catalans players (Greenshields?) held him off. Esders did the right thing, i.e, nothing. Good for him.

was impressed with esders actually, and in that incident showed a lot of maturity, he actually put his hands up and aplogised for the knee! then when the "slap" was thrown he put his hands up again and stood his ground rather than swinging back. Dont get me wrong aggression is good but as i was always told if someone want to throw a punch, take it and just smile back at the bloke who threw it does 2 things, gets you the penalty and if the bloke who threw the punch does not get sent off then he is gonna be confused to at someone who just smiles when you punch em!! they tend to stear clear of you from then on.

Nope...was having a snide dig at the teams game plan! Having only seen a total of 16 minutes highlights on SLTV and seen the match reports to date, I may not be best placed to make such comments....

Define marketing? I have 15 year experience of "sales"...from small to large ticket prices and over these years have learnt a fair bit about marketing. I also, prior to being in sales spent 10 years turning run down pubs into profit making businesses.......this involved giving the customer what they wanted and MARKETING it correctly.....but you are correct, I am not in marketing. What I am in is semi-retirement...and at 44yrs of age, that points to me being pretty good at what I have done during my career.

If you have anything to say about any of the ideas I have come up with/stolen from other businesses over the years, please do.....but if, as usual you are just letting off steam at an easy target can I suggest you stick to subjects that you have a superior grasp of.
