But I will say we need another prop (as many suggested we let one too many go last season imo) and definately a top class centre. I'd go so far as to say a top class centre is our biggest requirement.

from what i have seen of Cudjoe at fullback. I don't think he is up to it yet. Fullback is a vital position and i have yet to be convinced Cudjoe offers enough either in defence or attack.
As a winger though he looks ok and would go even better with a world class centre next to him.

The loss of Fatz, if it does indeed happen, will almost certainly mean we need to recruit I agree. Dodgy will no doubt testify to that. I think perhaps people are being a tad harsh on Bruno, although he's not been as dangerous this season ball in hand for sure. Perhaps a bit of confidence lacking.

He has also lacked the ball in good positions too, he has got great footwork on him, and the power and pace he needs. I think he just needs game time and confidence within the playing squad.

Given Jammer and Fatz recent efforts, I would give him all the game time he needs.

Leroy needs to play fullback for the rest of the season. He has never been assured of the spot and so any judgement on his ability there is limited. Likewise for Lawrence he needs to be assured of the centre spot and then a decent judgement can be made.

Not going to happen. if your highest earning player is your captain and full back he is not going to spend the rest of the season sat in the stand.

i dont think the club are going to give leroy the full back position by the look of things, despite me thinking he has earned it.

the full backs we are being linked with are all class tho. so leroy will take the wing permanant.

think lawrence should replace lolesi at centre now, dont think lolesi has shown enough this season at centre

to me luke patten or briscoe will do me for full back i too think leroy is not a full back, could be a top class winger though.

Patten' s an excellent player and playing really well this season. Keep Faiumu too please!

Gilmour is NOT a centre. He is a second row who can play at centre occasionally. if our centre partnership next season is Gilmour and lawrence i will be disappointed.

Raleigh has done a sterling job in the front row, but is a back rower by nature, same for Kirmond imo.

To be totally honest we were lucky that Sculthorpe took the offer from Bradford as he hasn't played a game for them yet due to his illness. I wonder if his contract is under threat like Tame Tupou's ended?

With Brown going back to Oz, how can we be signing players for next year to play under a coach who might not want them? Surely the coach [iought[/i to be the one to sign players?

readind the examiner tonight and we are linked with another full back, this time crusaders clinton schifcoske..was quite impressed when crusaders got him because had a very good rep in nrl but doesnt seem to have done much for them thus far
