I personally don't think Kyle wood is a good enough half back, and we have better hookers in front of him. Love kirmond think he's a good player and a nice guy too- but not better than LOD, chan or Lawrence we also have taai so he wouldn't get a look in. Raleigh we could have done with last year to our injury issues but again he wouldnt get a look in this year, those three were good players for you last year, and all served us very well but quite honestly we have better.

Brough's doing alright though, so thanks for him; oh and thanks for taking care of Luke George for a year or two.

To be honest I think George has an awful lot to prove this season he was great early doors but as the team went downhill he did even faster, think to be fair he was carrying an injury but he really needs to step up to the plate next year and hopefully PA can get him working at the defensive part of his game which was at times woeful.

i agree with this... needs to up his game again because blackmore and dawson are going to be taking his place pretty soon if not.

His defence in the first half of the year suprised me for being really solid-I wasn't expecting him to be that great defensively. I remember him pulling off some great one on ones at times. In the second part of the year he was left isolated with two or three on one situations, come about because the inside players weren't doing their job- our line speed dropped massively which gave opposition time and space to get the ball out to numbers and George had no time or space to make the tackle. It wasn't that the tackle wasnt executed properly and opposition were slipping through is grasp- it was that the defensive positioning was woeful!

Wingers always get slated for their defence when analysis will usually how the fault was with their inside defender

No problem thanks for the substantial amount of cash as well for Brough in 2010 plus second rower forward Danny Kirmond and prop Michael Korkidas at the time. Brough for my liking has not moved on and fulfilled his full potential yet since his Huddersfield move.



George is a good player and was developed well in his time at Wakefield which is why we took him off your hands in 2006 as you wouldn't give him the chance at Huddersfield to develop. Something that a lot of young RL players can see hence why we've just signed Bobby Goulding Jnr from Warrington. Our crowd attendance seems to be overtaking yours as well 8172 compared to your 7709 in 2012! Onwards and upwards. Come on the Trin!

maybe so- he should have thought about that before signing a long term improved deal. He needs to remember who plucked him from the third division and gave him a chance- saints and cas both let him go- and leeds weren't so desperate to keep him or they'd have paid the price. If he wants to win more stuff he needs to get his head down and work for the team he signed for. Sulking about it isn't going to help - or noone else will want him either!

You sent one of your best players Lunt out on loan, sign Scott Moore (?) and then have Lunt back after he wins the Grand Final in a successful team. That wasn't a good move to let Lunt go was it? You could have done with him when your season was imploding.

That's not quite the way it happened.
And I'd also say Lunt is good- but not one of our best players. He just realised he had to perform- which he wasn't doing-even in the reserve team.

He wasnt our best player at the time... Hence why we sent him out on loan because he wasnt performing. And we could have him back because hes still in contract with us
