It was not that big group staying in spain but rather some staying in the town i dont know their names at all. The other were fine, it was good to see you all outside that bar next to that castle thing.

yes i was with them,stayed in the same hotel, were absolutely no bother from what i say though,even though it was a bit boisterous at times but the locals were just as boisterous at 1am too though

You don't know all the songs. You counted 6, there are plenty more than that as Daz said.

You're having a go at the singers for singing. This is a basic, fundamental flaw and I've already tried to highlight this to you but it seems to be a bit above your level. It isn't the singers that are the problem, it's the non-singers. Find a way to engage those non-singers and you have solved it. It's not an easy answer though is it. Is that why you persistently keep ignoring it?

You think I'm having a go at you? Well as I have said numerous times now but you keep ignoring, you are having a go at the singers and disrespecting their efforts. You may be attempting to help but you aren't helping at all. You are criticising and complaining without offering a single decent solution to the problem you're complaining about. It's a complete waste of time, especially when there's a huge game on this weekend.

And as an aside, I bet seeing as these half 4rsed ones that wont part with £15 wont turn in this weekend that the atmosphere will probably end up being much better, result & performance of course playing a part.

I did not realise that you all were the core singers then that is why i was wondering why you replyed back like you did. I do go to all the away games and i only hear 6 songs which i have counted however it is not you lot that sing them its the other younger lads that do that, that is why i thought that, it is obviously just a few of you whom sing the more older one's as i dont hear them due to the small numbers of you who sing them. I will bring it up at the SA tonight as Jamer Brammar will be present so i will mention how a fair few fans would like a better atmosphere and i shall put forward a few ideas, and what we can do.

Most of us guys n girls at the back all know each other and have done for many years - some of us from when we were ballboys etc at Fartown - and have a great rapport so maybe you could come and introduce yourself to us and get to know us and we can all pull together to help this situation, you will probably know the majority of us by sight anyway !!

Yesterday just goes to show that if you have fans together who WANT to sing then you can have a big effect. There was a lot more singing in the Riverside yesterday because more hardcore fans were together. For that reason i felt there was a lot less negativity yesterday and a much better atmosphere.

If anything though the Crusaders fans performances put to bed the arguement that our stadium is too big for fans singing to be heard. 800 Crusaders fans in one block made more noise than our 5 to 6 000 have all season.

exactly DG, and the noise the crusaders fans made, made our lot chant back,yesterday was a great atmosphere in the kilner bank, if the giants fans were next to the microphones as well it would have come across on the tv,as it was any noise from us was drowned out by the amplified crusaders' noise.
credit to the crusaders though,they were a brilliant crowd just a shame we cant have more away fans back in the kilner bank.

I feel very confident that we will also do a decent job when we travel this week.

It's easier for the away fans to generate the atmos and it's the same at football. Away games are better, which makes it all the more frustrating for us given our away following is still poor, albeit improving.

despite the frustrations yesterday i genuinely enjoyed the atmosphere in the Riverside yesterday.

Thought the atmosphere was akin to the old days when we used to get some terrific noise in the KB stand, although it didnt come across on the the TV because of the Welsh being sat by the mics the Giants fans made some din for a change ....maybe its a possibility that the club could let some of the smaller away followings back in that stand to help the atmosphere in future

I think we have all learned something.

Next time Giants are at home on Sky we get all the singers together under the atmosphere mics in the Britannia Rescue stand.
