In the past few seasons I would agree, that's why I understood Briscoe going to Leeds (something Crabtree should have done 8 years ago) but I am confident with what we are building, which had taken Pearson and Radford 3 years hard work that we will now challenge the next few years.

I love how your comment on Crabtree and Brough 'wasted careers' Who in you're team has won anything at hull? Yeaman? One challenge cup? Briscoe flew the nest to Leedsl and has one 2 challenge cups and a grand final, don't get your idea that all of a sudden the big flyers in super league. We're having a bad season, all can change next year!

Mate if you can't be optimistic about your own team's chances then you may as well turn it in! I'm just trying to be objective. If you win a trophy it will be well deserved.

Totally agree we have under performed in the past, and some Hull players may have been better moving clubs, hopefully this is changing now and I really think we will come very close to winning something in the next two years(we are more or less 80 mins on two games from two finals)

Not sure if you noticed or not last season, but on RL fans the bottom 4 clubs leave the SL teams and amalgamate with the top 4 championship clubs to form a separate division, that's probably what he mean't.

The new Mercedes Hull bought him will probably be on similar terms to when koucash bought a Maserati for one of his guys and won't count on the salary cap.
This will have been a sticking point as Hull will want the money back for the car and not just receive the car as payment.
At the end of the day, Jake is a 21 year old kid who has made a mistake in signing for Hull and now wants to stay at Huddersfield, come on guys why are people saying "oh just let him go he's complicit"? I'm sure you've all made mistakes in your life. I'd rather Jake stayed with us and I've told him so, do Hull really want to force a player to play for them, who really wants to be elsewhere? Let's hope common sense will prevail and Hull rip up the contract and agree a way to get back their "signing on fee".
