Thought Brown had a good game and Grix and Mcgilvary looked very comfortable under the high ball.

The one where Jerry took the ball ran through most of the Quins defence was superb, pity no one went with him as we could easily have got something from that.

Eorl Crabtree was great last season for us and earned an England callup to tour Australia. This season Eorl Crabtree has been immense , next week you will get to see 80 minutes live and you may just rethink your opinion of Eorl.

Well done last night to Hudds. Deserved the win. For a team that plays principally a forward oriented game(I know you have Brown and Brough etc) you are a good side to watch.

As someone has said, someone is going to get a hiding of Hudds this season. Brough has it all-He is non stop, good kicking game, quick, talking all the time.

I guess you get a lot of trolls on here so when anyone from another club posts on your forum you jump down their throat. My original post was a reply to a post by Durham Giant on our board, the difference was he didn't get told to 'jog on' when he posted on our board and we had a sensible debate. Anyway never mind, we're all rugby league fans at the end of the day and that's all that matters, just no need for the anamosity.

You do have a very strong pack, the original discussion was about Eorl being overrated, it seems that he gets all the attention when you have better players in your pack whose work goes un-noticed.

It may be that posters on here wonder what your problem is. So you think Eorl is not as good as some people think. Why go on about it? I could not give a rat's behind whether anyone in the Bulls pack is over or underrated. To go on about Eorl the way you do is dreary. Giants fans are likely to be biased but they agree with Tony Smith + several SL/NRL coaches who tried to sign Eorl + Nathan Brown who all believe that he brings something of value to top level rugby teams.

I agree Earl can be very inconsistent. A world beater in some games, and too ineffective in others. Doesn't always run his weight.
Adelaide,please don't start sounding like some of the Aussies over here who look down their nose at our game, and talk about it being low grade. They're pricks i'm afraid.Have been to lots of quins games with Aussies. Some good aussie players don't stand out too well here.

i said at the time it was short so i think it was the right call,no point worrying over that , we'll probably get a lot worse go against us yet!

TBF if you watch Leroy's reaction he doesn't exactly look as if he got the ball over the line. He looks a bit sheepish as everyone comes over to congratulate him.

Watch it again though and i'm sure the Quins player comes in to tackle him but in doing so pushes Leroy over the line. Leroy doesn't move the ball carrying arm so It couldn't be double movement. When I first saw it I never thought about it, only when it went to the VR did i see it.
