| Utter garbage today. No enthusiasm until it was too late today. Brown was the only one who looked likely to make a break and when Robinson came on he tried his best to speed things up. David Hodgson saved us a few times with decent catches under high balls. Other than that there's nothing good to take out of todays game apart from a good travelling support who were yet again let down. If Nathan had better players at his disposal but decided to rest them because we were playing a lesser team then he wants a right rodding from Ken. I'd go as far as saying that was our worst performance for a few years. I text radio Leeds to suggest the players donate their wages to charity after todays game cos they didn't earn a penny. Our forwards were outplayed by a pack of no names today.

| Pack of no names. Well, everyone starts somewhere, I'm sure you can remember the days not so long ago when you had a pack of no-names too. Just because you don't know them well doesn't mean they're rubbish players...

Your players weren't rubbish at all. What i'm saying is that we've had a pack that most people recognize yet today were outplayed by players who aren't necessarily well known.

You dare say that when one of your players took Brown's head off when he almost had the line at his mercy?

| Sorry, but Brown was as rubbish as anyone today. The number of times he went solo instead of passing.
Andy Raleigh and David Hodgson were the only two to step up to the mark.

| 1st thing i said today was i hope this selection doesn't bite us on the a$$ - and guess what ??
from my point of view we turned up with the attitude of its only Salford, we whalloped Catalans we'll do the same today and it backfired .........some people may disagree but we were absolutely battered today, forget the late tries that made the scoreline respectable we were miles and miles away from Salford today in every department.
The players performed like they only needed to walk on the field to get the 2 points, wrong - whoever you are playing you HAVE to perform.
Credit to Salford and their coaching staff for masterminding that today - if we want to be taken seriously as contenders then we simply cannot just turn up for games like this thinking its a foregone conclusion.
I think this has to go down as Nathan Brown's 1st really bad decision as coach of this club !!

Each to their own Mick but i'd rather have Crabtree, Mason, Griffin, Raleigh and Patrick on their usual performances.

| Crikey, glad I couldn't go as had to go to the mother in laws for Easter Monday, at least we had a nice roast
Mind you looking at the line up it looks very light in the forward line, oh well we'll just have to lick our wounds and fix it for Friday, we should bring back the props, second rowers and MOS.

| Very disappointing. . We lacked any kind of enthusiasm,we lacked leadership we lacked idea's we looked lazy in defence sloppy in attack. . But considering how many changes we made today be it for tactical, injuries or just simply rested it was always going to disrupt the team. Fair play to salford who totally dominated for 65 minutes and fully deserved the win. .we showed what we can do in the last 10-15 minutes but it was always too little too late. I agree i think brown made a bad judgement today regarding selection. . We were just too lightweight in the forwards, jammer should have been in the pack not on the wing for a start. Best player for us was fooey i thought even tho he was quiet by his own high standards. . But lets put this to bed now congratulate salford on an excellent victory and move on hopefully with a lesson learned.

I watched the same game, and whether or not his prefered position is actually prop, he played well and has done all season.
I dont think after watching McGilvery on TV last Friday that he is up to standard yet. Great going forward but defence and Bombs remain under a huge question mark.

Considering how well Andy Raleigh has done this season, how could you say he's not a prop?
I would say he has run as hard as any of his fellow props this season and he is happy in the said position. That coupled with the fact he smacked Ali Lauititti makes him quality imho!
David Hodgson is having a pretty good season so far and is also 4th in SL at metres made, behind Amos Roberts, Shane Tronc & Ben Bishop-Jones & 4th in clean breaks.

brown goes through the line plenty of times to set up tries so no need to pass all the time

| Faiumu and Griffin the best by a country mile. No platform by the forwards. Salford were ver good. Did we complete 1 set in the fist half?

Nah, that tackle was no more than 6 inches above the waist ([size=50Luke Robinson's waist, that is![/size ).
Hulk Hogan would've been very proud
BTW, I really wouldn't get too downhearted about today. You were punished for fielding a weakened team but based on some/most of our performances this season that team you put out could well have gone away with the 2 points. Fortunately we played well and dominated pretty much the whole game and barring the 3 late tries which flattered you we were good value for a bigger winning margin. FWIW, I can definitely see you around the top 4 at the end of the season. You've got some top players (Hodgy included, Robinson excluded ) ATB.
