all were work in progress at the giants. so you cant say we dont give youngsters a chance.

Initially i was a bit disappointed about this news. However if the club are up to salary cap it makes no sense having three full backs in the squad.
Anderson has stated he wants to play a more basic style of rugby with less errors. If he feels Eden is not capable of this then he would be gettting very little game time and would probably not be happy with this fact and so may have asked for a move.

If it frees up some cash for a half back (I would also accept losing Ferguson if this added to the available funds) then i would be more than happy.

Eden was named at half back for the Knights but actually played full back so i son't think there is any truth in him been used as a half back.

He makes too many simple mistakes for me to play regular FB so I can see PA's dilemma and GE's desire to run before he can walk by playing regular SL.

It seems to make sense all round albeit I'd have liked to have held on to him so we can nurture his potential whilst in the C&G.

The best option would be for a loan agreement or "first refusal" agreement like Leeds had with amor. That way if he DOES turn out to be the next billy slater we can have him back!
