Connor was hardly at fault for their tries. He was creative and looked a threat. He was exposed 1 on 1 against one of their best forwards and should have been helped more by brough, his take for the try was awesome. Murphy is having a bit of a nightmare season.

Our team today was as strong as we can be other than Wardle, while we looked good in parts our defence at time was woeful, particularly in the first half.

Anyone else think Huby and Crabtree are carrying too much weight? Both looked knackered. I know Huby hasn't had game time, but with only having had a wrist/hand injury he should have been putting in the miles on the treadmill and getting himself as fit as possible.

I thought Brierley overlapped well especially on the right and made space every time, and would like to see better use of subs, playing Kruise for 20 minutes a game is no good to anyone.

I think i know the one you're referring to, when the Salford fans made a bit of noise over, from my side on seat it looked like Brough had hit him from behind and just shoved him to the ground, didn't look side on and certainly didn't look like he targeted his joint, the Salford player got straight up from that so unless there was another one it didn't look anything but i am prepared to admit i'm wrong if i see it again.

Thought again we gifted a team easy points, the 1st 2 or 3 tries they scored were literally walk ins with no Giants player near them.

Teams don't need to be good to score against us, saying that it wasn't as bad as Catalan or Wakefield, We could have won that game but once again blew some good chances.

Frustrating as we are miles better than what we are showing.

Our pivots aren't firing we had at worst 70% of the attacking play today and could Only score 4 tries and concede 5.

We need to decide our best combination and go with it stop this constant changing around as in attack we look like headless chickens the Kay looks all forced some consistent selection would/should make it smarter

Tbf the majority of the changing around of the pivots has been forced due to injury rather than a choice. We should start to see more consistent choices now we have bodies back.

This game showed how much we miss Jamie Ellis. It's through his absence we're seeing how important he is to us and what a good player he is, something that hasn't always been appreciated by a lot of us. We easily miss him as much as we've missed any other player with the exception of Danny.

its not the pivots its the runners that are missing . we have a pack of battering rams we need a fit wardle back who can run good lines to give the pivots options. At the moment our attack is a short pass to akuma or a prop to pass before impact . To easy to defend and to be fair to Hinchclffe and the pivots they need more players in motion to confuse the deference. One man out stuff makes it very hard for the hooker to do anything same with pivots 2 or 3 ask questions crates uncertainty=gaps

Agree, and as much as it will set people steaming at the ears, being without Grixy has shown us just how important his organisation and reading of the attack is to us too by not having him for so long.

All these little things add up to the disruption in the team.

Wholeheartedly agree. You look at our defensive line sometimes and it's just crying out for his direction and organisation.
