Grix has clearly worked on his defence!
Cudjoe was our best player.
Kaufusi looked good going forward- but a couple of handling errors and a bit of lazy defending.

I thought Lunt looked way of the pace at times- was a couple of instances when he wasn't there at ptb- another instance where he would usually have scored a "Lunt special" as my lad calls them but was way too slow and missed the chance.
Mullally and brough need to sort discipline. Murphy put in some fabulous hits-but jumped out of the line when at centre a few times- once leading to their last try.
Best thing about today was when brough,robbo,grix and the majority of the experienced heads had gone off the youngsters held their own very well.

Costigan didn't arrive till well after pre season began, I don't think he will be upto full speed till after around a month of the season kicking off.

I didn't go but James Green is possibly the prop your thinking of, been brought through pretty slowly over recent years by both Morgan and Sandercock. He got a good review after the previous pre season game, we are pretty strong in the pack this year so he might have to be patient but hopefully get a chance at some point.

Was a good workout not the best game to watch.
Anyone know if Faiumu is injured as I don't recall seeing him out on the pitch.

I thought he would have been able to pick Cox out as he has played a fair amount of first team in the last few seasons. Easily mistaken, this must be the year Cox kicks on, got enough experience under his belt now, time to shine for me.

He's had just over 3 weeks of Pre season training. I missed the game yesterday but managed to watch the 20 minutes he played against Hull. On the game time I've witnessed He'll put in a fair share of work and some really big hit ups. By his own admission he's well of the pace and has stated that he's more then willing to do extra work on his days away from training to catch up with the lads. He's the PNG Captain and after the limited time you saw of him yesterday I feel your comment by be a little harsh.

Cox is a very good prospect. He could always join Taylor at Wigan if he really wants to improve himself.
