where is the best place to head for inside the ground? in terms of where most giants fans will be?as I didn't go last year I presume most people will head to the east stand around halfway if possible, im not too fussed about occupying behind the posts of in the corner.

Everyone tends to move about meast. Last year I sussed it out in terms of weather etc then posted on Facebook twitter and on here a block to head for- I can't remember which block it was though!

I'd stick Lawrence in the centres. Murphy was pretty anonymous there against Warrington and is much better on the wing.

Lawrence for Cording would be my only change from last week

will be the 4th time childs has reffed us so far this season.

thaler and hicks have each take 3 of our games too.

Must be the bradford curse, we always seem to get either Roby or Childs and its never a pretty game with those in charge.

does it matter ......i've said time and again that if we play as well as we can it doesnt matter who the ref is...he wont drop our passes or miss our tackles !!!

just like i said when marshall was on the field v warrington and people complained.

it does matter when the ref if making wrong decisions like the robinson red card for example and we are getting tonked on the penalty count almost every game.

Slightly OT does anyone know if it is possible to leave your car overnight in the JSS car park and if the free coaches are returning to the JSS or dropping off in town?

But Ref's shouldn't affect how well we play !! ...a refs decision doesn't make us drop the ball or miss the tackles, the players do - if a ref gives a wrong penalty against us the players dont think right i'll drop the ball next time cos of that !!.

No but it does lead to them being confused over what they can and can't do, it makes them hesitate in their defence and in attack they might think "hang on, didn't I just get penalised for doing that" instead of thinking what the next play is

Remember a season or two back away to Wire in the playoffs when Ganson smashed us of the park in the first 20 with his whistle, then totally changed his reffing

Yup goto say refs have even been inconsistent on the actual game day! Starting pinging things they were letting go first half and vica versa!
And how many times has a big call been wrong then the next min the ref gives the team wrongly done by some cheap pens.
And.....how about the balancing of pens! A team gets hammered by the ref for 60 mins with say 9 pens to 1 the game is gone on the score board then they get 5 pens to balance it up! We have seen this at the giants a fair few times! However even with the ref against us we seem to stand tall!

Just watching the Leeds cc game again can't believe what goes unchecked. 5 mins in!

Only thing picked up is a boarder line late challenge on robbo. And that really was just boarder line!

Yeah the reffing in the Leeds game was shockingly in favour of them - then again when isn't it.

McGuire should have walked for his hit on Crabtree, especially in the context of recent red cards.

But we know all ref's are capable of making wrong calls that can affect the game but the way we as fans make a big deal about who the ref is in the days leading up to the game is silly, it makes no difference if we have Child, Hicks, Bentham, whoever - they shouldn't be a talking point before a game.
