Lets not forget that the deal is on till after the Wire game - most people i reckon will be waiting till sunday to get theirs rather than making an extra trip during the week.

Over 6 tickets a minute seems like rather a lot! Don't just sit there wondering the suspense is killing me- find out- but only tell us if its good news!

That's awesome! My other half went to ticket office for a few of her mates at work we are now taking 6 New fans and 3 who didn't think we would do owt this season so didn't renew! Really felt down with the thought of Leeds outselling us but seems us giants fans like to leave things a bit late! Hope the boys put in a performance and get these extra fans falling in love with them!

And i'm told you can get tickets tomorrow from 9am until Town kick off. Big queues still expected on Sunday still.

No, the club has got its facts :i0eu4mw8correct specifically whether it was 3000 for the day or 3000 in total. That way it was not open to interpretation. I can see how the original text could have been read the other way.

Wonder if the club will trial the Fantastic Media Stand as a cheap on the day enclosure for this game as it would not break RL rules as Leeds fans will have got the equivalent seats at a cheaper price anyway and see if the demand is there on the day for those that did not take up the early offer. I think they need to be careful not to put the price up too much though as it could be no one buys tickets after Sunday and any word of mouth interest would be lost where say a price of £14 (or even better £12) down the side and £10 for the FM Stand would still have an appeal to those deciding at the last minute they want to go to the game.



And has been cited before when talking about using the FM as a cheap on the day stand that Hull FC do what they like, in the last round their season ticket holders could buy tickets for £10, Crusaders season ticket holders could not which again proves that if the will is there you can basically do what you like.

Bought a couple more tickets this morning as a couple more wanted to go, as expected big queues but mainly Town as you'd expect this morning.

Got chatting to a few and they reckon they'd go at those prices but feel on the day prices are putting them off £20+ (mind you they were happy to pay £28 for Town but thats Football for you!!).

Lots of people will buy tomorrow as many can't get down during ticket office opening hours during the week as they are at work.

Just got mine this morning and asked how many they'd sold. They didn't know the full total but told me that they'd sold 400 in the section that I wanted - Riverside, to the right of the halfway line (as you look at the pitch)

So did any actually buy at those prices?
It's not about bickering between us its about frustration at not getting consistent information from the club. They did seem to have got their act together re telling us stuff- but was it a false dawn!

The away stand is completely sold out

So it should be !
