Hull have been playing well in the forwards by all accounts so far so I think we are going to need Griff back and firing on Friday night. Without him I think we are starting to look rather thin in the forwards. Hope Finnigan was not as bad as it looked as well.

Both teams are on form so should be a great encounter.

Dowes, Cusack, Radford and Tickle have all been impressive so far and have been instrumental in our encouraging start.

Didn't look good. I've got an Albert Torrens feeling about this.

6 weeks according to the Examiner this morning. Brown rated 50-50 for Hull as well.

Losing Brown would be a blow in particular. Considering he's apparently not a half back according to some outside observers he's been doing a decent enough impression of one and we'll be struggling to cover that position if he missed out.

I'll take that. Could have been a lot worse. I'm not sure I like this inside ball from the scrum Finnegan takes on that brings him straight back into the opposition forwards.

Hope Huddersfield get their act together at the away end this season.
Last season was chaos with too few turnstiles open and then insufficient seats available due to some being netted off, stewards not responding to the situation etc.
Could be a big turn out from Hull as the only away game so far was in South Wales so for those restricted by funds or family this is the first away game in the north.

My mate who works for the giants said there was 3,200 there from Hull in that stand, so would guess capacity in there is 4,000 or so. Wont be as many there on Friday night, with it being a friday and on sky which wasnt the case last year

cant make this one i'm afraid - its my lad's 18th on friday so i'm taking him out for a meal,he isnt really into rugby so it wouldnt be fair dragging him down!!

Very hard to predict this game, both teams have started well and home advantage would make Hudds slight favourites. However if Berrigan gets the forwards hitting the gain line I fancy we might just nick it.

If our defence carries on the way it has started this season then I can see it winning us more games than it loses.

Funny that because i fancy a Hull win on the grounds that it is on SKy and we always seem to be dire when we are on SKY at home.

I can already hear the keyboards going with facts to prove me wrong but i am sure last year against Cats and Leeds( or was it saints) we lost.
