Your fans did boo him which is why our fans did when he scored as it was to drown yours out and stop your few fans doing it and the rest of the league it worked and let's see if it also stops Leeds next week. Could you please point out the cheating incidents and milking penalties that you are referring to? I have the full video from last night and all the videos of Wigan this season and will welcome the specific examples you are referring to.

Is that the best example you can come up with? However, taking it at face value I have reviewed the video and I have to say that you have a distorted view of the truth. Sam did put up 10 fingers, after the ref had blown for a free kick, but he was quite a way away from the ref and so you can't really say he was in his face. You also have to put the situation in the context of the game. Hudds had been persistently lying on up to that point and Grix was clearly holding Hansen down with Hodgson pushing him down. Therefore who was cheating on this occasion? I would suggest that a more objective conclusion would be the Hudds players and the referee agreed by giving the penalty to Wigan.

So on this occasion Sam neither milked a penalty nor cheated.

the reason we didnt smash him and any other wigan player early on and lay a marker down baffled me, we seemed to be scared of touching him in case we conceded a penalty!

I dont disagree with smashing the smaller players but there has to be some attention paid to what your own coach said after the same fixture last year. Maybe he was right (apart from the retribution part) and I have a lot of respect for Brown as he is one of the few coaches who I see week in week out actually giving a sh*t about what his team are doing on the field. I remember him on the sidelines in the playoffs last year urging cudjoe on and I would rate that moment as one of my top 5 last year as I loved that it was against Warrington and that he was so passionate.

This is the main issue with Tomkins he has passion and he wears his heart on his sleeve. He slips through the defences by ducking and diving and does no "cheating" any worse than Brown, Robinson, Brough, Burrows, Eastmond, Long, Briers etc etc its just that he does everything that little bit better than all those guys (bar Broughs kicking game thats second to none imo)

At the end of the day any cheeky player like that is going to get ridicule but its the point that, we may give it to Briers at every single Wire game "you fat barstool" etc but once they pull on the GB or England jersey then they are representing the country and booing your own men is ridiculous. That is why we care I have no problem with another club doing it because it would be hypocritical of most Wigan fans to moan about it just the England booing that is wrong.

Spot on! The lad is hard to dominate and so when hes trying to get a quick play the ball hes suddenly cheating! Hes no different to other players.
As for mouthing at the ref pretty sure Griffin did it a couple of times last week his he a cheat?
Ive no problem with teams booing him in a Wigan shirt as it shows hes making a difference on the pitch. Its the England booing thats wrong!

personally speaking, i didn't boo him on saturday and i thought booing him whilst playing for his/our country was a disgrace.
but as much as i admire him as a good player, well good at broken running and getting through gaps,it's the other facets of his game that people dont admire, even the most blinkered wiganer can surely see this, he's a good enough player as it is without having to resort to gamesmanship.admittedly he has'nt been too bad lately but his petulance,whining and seeking to gain unfair advantages are why people other than one eyed wigan fans dont adore the lad.

It's his constant wrapping his body around the tackler to get a penalty and his temper tantrums that make him one of the most annoying players in SL. Nobody would dislike him so much if he played the game fairly like 99% of RL players. Great with ball in hand but spoils it all with his antics.
