didnt ken davy pay for some 'huddersfield' signs a few years back too?

been to wigan in the past and they have recognised both top flight teams when their football team was in the top flight on road signs... prob same at hull.

wonder what will happen if they get relegated??

shame the council dont recognise they have another top flight sporting team.

If you can't convince people with £125 season tickets you never will

Any news on season ticket sales? looks quite poor looking at ticketmaster stadium map was hoping for a good showing with all social media posts etc.

Hopefully push 7k this year some great work it seems behind the scenes from eorl and co with a limited budget, still time for people to buy aswell hopefully a late surge in sales

There does seem to be a large number of seats available compared to before they had gone on general release- so this suggests a large number havent renewed as things stand.

I've asked and sales are up on last year, i won't give numbers but if you ask you get told stuff.

Why should customers have to ask about information like that. If true fantastic and you would shout it loud to encourage more sales in any business

Why not? maybe it's not something the club want to broadcast to the public? we get enough stick off our own fans and others as it is and sometimes whatever the club do or say gets shot at so maybe they just think what's the point, like i've said before it isn't secretive, the club and Richard Thewlis in particular are very open and honest when fans have questions.

If you think that’s the way to run and grow a business ( and more importantly Ken Davy does) that’s fine. I’ve got my own opinion on how things are run down there ( and I’m not alone) .

Not at all, there is plenty of stuff i'm not happy with regards the running of the club, my replies were simply saying if you want to know something then ask, rather than just attacking the club.

Why is asking for a chief exec to give a lead and update to fans on season ticket sales to attempt to further boost sales attacking the club? I would have thought it normal practice in any other business

Plenty of clubs reveal sales figures. Is the figure you have heard embarrassing - since you say it's not secret but you haven't revealed it. Seems a bit daft to me that mr Thewlis should have to respond to a raft of phone calls /emails all asking the same question. Seems like a waste of time to me- and hence a waste of money. Save him and us the bother and tell us.

The exact numbers dont matter but as a fan just wondered if we are heading in a positive direction? Be hard in the current climate as people only have so much disposable income and the football team are flying! Was hoping to push 7k average this year for Ken more than anyone.

it will be 5k giants fans next season, same as last season.. with a good season can start to push for 6k but long way off yet.

no problem selling football ones in the town though
