That is a very good post because it states everyone's opinion of KD's committment to the Giants financially, It also underlines that there may be some truth in Steve May's post, I'm not saying there is but you have to think that a man as shrewd as Mr Davy has proved himself to be, is not aware that the club is going down the tubes faster than a Rat up a drainpipe.

I have said on here before ,The whole atmosphere eminating from the club is one of failure, It has ever been a club ready to celebrate mediochrity , we are now at the point of fans making positives out of losses 'because they are not heavy losses, My point being that all of us know ( at least the one's on this planet ) What state the club has sunk to, so nobody is going to tell me that KD doesn't know it as well.

There is more than likely stuff going on that we don't know about i'm sure but what we do know is things don't get better year on year, so you have to start and wonder if things are in fact acceptable and Rugby is of secondary importance, Again I'm not saying it is but everything about the club gives that impression.

I almost think we would be better getting relegated ( which we may well do ) I think i would put money on Mr Davy sticking with the club, Or if the Giants went out of existence , would their share of the stadium revert back to the council ? ( i think not ) These are questions we are never likely to know the answer to ( do we even have a right to know ) again i think not.

But anyone who thinks you will get any meaningfull answers by sending E. mails, i fear will be disapointed. you will get back the normal stuff about how much has been plowed in and so on, You won't get anything about how much has been sqaundered, or what big mistakes have been made, and most of all you wont get any explanation as to why the club appears to be run in such a shambolic way.

I`m not that keen on Thewlis, but he has overseen our successful years, so he is capable of doing the job, and no reason why he can`t oversee success again. Ken is no mug so if he is satisfied with him that will do for me.
Also too much defeatist talk on this forum.

Thank goodness Ken doesnt share some of the pessimism stated on here. The Giants are striving to "get the ship back on course",
he has taken action on the management front and this will take time to be succesful. There is no reason why we cannot improve enough to make the top 8. If People on here want to moan thats their right but does anyone think it helps?

we had a bad season last year like leeds, at the moment they are the ones who have progressed and we havent but mitigating factors for both clubs i suppose

Careful what we wish for,we are just now,seems we have a few good years but then sink to rock bottom,but with KD at the helm we had had financial stability for 20 plus years.

Still waiting for the apologists for the current regime to post on here to let me know the management changes that have been made which are going to turn Huddersfield Giants around? Today was an utter shambles and showed all our weaknesses clearly , making a mockery of last weeks Thewis quote , of an early ko to manage player welfare ,as we start our journey to Wembley! The communication at the club is a joke as are many other off the field functions. It's over to you now Ken you need to make the changes quickly as we certainly had a taste today of championship rugby , with 1k or less in the stadium and it wasn't pretty. Please do not leave it too late the clock is ticking.

I'm not going into all that beacuase both sets of supports will only see it from their own clubs point of view! The down turn in the giants has nothing to do with that and was years before giants came within a whiskers close of winning the league shield. Bad management has left the club where it is right now not the football club!

Well i wouldn't go to watch soccer if Man u played here because i just don't rate the game at all, But each to their own. We surely though can't put our problems at Town's door can we ?.
We have had , what about 20 years or so of S League, 4/5 we have been respectable, a bit better even under Brown, and won the Hubcap, The rest despite innumerable changes of players , Manages and lots of Money spent, we have been making up the numbers.
I think it's a bit more than any involvement from Town.

What are you on about? What has this obsession of yours got to do with the Giants being run in a symbolic way with a squad / team lacking any desire or will to win, but who can talk a good game - Town didn't beat us today, but probably could it seems everybody else can!
