Heard Brough is definately leaving awhile back but we aren't allowed to talk about it on here because it's a common rumour and people don't want to believe we will lose arguably our best player.

Discussing a possible transfer rumour isn't the same as people making stuff up about his personal/family life which can prove upsetting to his friends and family.
He has as much right as everyone else to have his private life kept private.

Especially when it's all rubbish as confirmed by his wife!

I seem to remember that many on your board didn't want him when he arrived . It just goes to show how many will bin him without knowing about him. I knew he would not let you down your club got him out of a tricky situation and I think he's payed you back and more. If he does move on he will adopt the same attitude for his new employers and leave a big hole in your squad. Can you provide information on why he lost the captaincy, seemed a strange move.

He was a nightmare as a captain as he was too passionate and hot headed.

Exactly, without danny brough we would have been a shadow of the side we have been in the last few years, we've had and still have had plenty of good players but year after year he has been our talisman.

Let's be honest... He is the best player we have had in the Super League era, and the best British half back in Super league consistently for a few years now... With all the rumours going around, i've heard people saying that he hasn't looked interested in the last few games... But he was by far the best player on the pitch vs Salford, without him we wouldn't have scored a point. I would say that he looks very frustrated on the pitch and a bit angrier than usual (if that's possible).

When he does go he will be irreplaceable, just like Briers at Warrington. Players like that can't be replaced.

I don't know what the situation is or what caused it, That is none of my business, but everyone seems to be talking as though It's a done deal, If it's not already settled I would expect someone very high up at the Giants to make a very big effort to keep him.

Yes the best H/b in the game for some time , I was ed when he left trinity. I have no idea what's gone on or why he may be on the move but I would have thought his next move would be his last in S L. With both Leeds and Hull reportable interested I suppose it will come down to money and a possible player exchange deal. I don't think you stand a chance of getting a H/ b of the same quality so would a back or a pack man be of more interest.

A whole load has been said about brough! I am no the wiser to it! Without these rumours I would see brough being frustrated at how the team is playing. On the field he is a very intense character at times, tenacious even! The shouting and shaking his head is through frustration which we should want to see a reaction to the situation they are in! He has always been this way when refs made calls he doesn't agree with or if the team are struggling just more so now as we are stuck in a bad patch!
He is creating things, decent kicks 2 40-20s, a brilliant break at wakey but his efforts are not culminating in points as often as they should as the team are floundering in attack!
If this man was unhappy clearly it would show in him underperforming not by playing good rugby?
