robinson hoping to return to slot back into the halves..
mcgillvary to return? will be marking carney if so.. think murphy will keep his place so broughton to prob miss out.

| We will have to be at our best to get anything from this game. The Tigers aren't just picking up points like we have done with our wins, they're playing some fantastic rugby too.
If we are in the game after 40 minutes I'm hoping our week off will become a positive.
We are capable of stepping up, and if we do this will be a belter of a game with a decent crowd.

If we were losing and playing well I would worry we were a one season wonder but we aren't! We have been better than all the top teams, apart from Wire, so I aren't worried at all! I think you are like us 2/3 years ago! You might fall off at the end of the season but it ends up being great trust me!

Cas will be good, I don't doubt that, but we have played well against all the teams expected to be up there this year, so I think we will be up for it. If we are then I would fancy us to win this, but if our form is scratchy Cas will certainly turn us over. Eorl, Kaufusi, Koppy and Mullally will need to stand toe to toe with Lynch, Huby et all. Cas seem to score a lot of points with a physical brand of rugby and the pace to exploit the spaces that creates, so we must not give them a lot of easy ball. Ball security is vital.
It will be good to get Robbo and Jerry back. The news I heard on Larne, just after the Wakey game was he had popped a rib but expected to be back for Cas. He has looked very good in the limited time he has played this season.
The various comments that Cas' bubble will burst baffle me for a number of reasons:
1. We should remember how disrespectful that feels
2. They seem to have a decent depth to the squad
3. Even if they do dip a little, top 8 form from here in on top of their start could still see them finish top 4
This is an important game for us, if we are going to come good and finish top 4, we need to win this.

one season wonder? we have been a regular fixture in the top 4 for a while now...you still have a long way to go to get to that standard.
you will not finish top this season thats for sure.

Was mcgilvary I jured last week? Thought broughton played on form? I think he's been very good when he's played, he's fast, can finish well and defend. Jodie and Murphy have been the best wingers this season so IMHO. But we have 3 good wingers, competition is good.

I think the one thing each Giants player needs to remember is Cas are not a side who go in for fast play the balls so we should be looking to be composed after the tackle and avoid the stupid penalties we give away week in week out there, but once they have played the ball their passing is usually swift and clinical and as you say they have pace to exploit any gaps or missed tackles that come about.
I think they are bringing something new to the table and if and when sides work them out they may dip but until then good on them and if it takes them nearer to OT or Wembley than we got in the last few seasons fair play to them. They make for exciting viewing and hopefully we can come up with a game plan that brings out the best in us and the worst in them but I feel we will need to score heavily to beat them but nothing wrong with that and lets step up and meet their challenge head on.

| Probably because the fixtures are chosen so early-before a game is played- I bet when they were announced no one would have picked this game as one to go on sky!

I know what you mean however Sky must have known London would struggle this year so why put them on TV and embarrass them! That game could not have come earlier for Saints

| An interesting match in many facets. Will test the theory of us playing well against the top sides.
Test how good Cas are this season if our forwards muscle up for once.
We badly miss Brett Ferres on the left so we will see if PA is more than a one trick pony !! I'd play Bailey there because he can handle the ball different to Ferres but Wardle if released is very dangerous.
It's a respect the ball game for me no trying to score on every play yes in the visitors half but no gifts in the first 20 minutes !! Put the pressure on them.
We are big enough and fast enough to win with a bit to spare if we turn up and now after no cup and a rest it's time to crank it up a bit !!!
My team would be
Grix
Broughton
Cudjoe
Wardle
Murphy
Brough
Robinson
Kaffusi
Lunt
Kopjack
Bailey
Chan
Lawrence
Crabtree
Ta'ai
Patrick
Mullaley
I'd use Bailey and Robbo as interchange when Lunt is off as I believe Cas will try to take command in the pack and we need to front up !!
Larne and Ukuma to play left Bailey and Robbo to interchange whilst Wood hasn't done much wrong he was exposed for me against Wakey by Walshaw and Cas will test us in defence even more hence for me four genuine forwards.
If Brett and Fuey were available we'd be even stronger but as I said now is the time to crank it up there are no excuses on turnaround this week we should be raring to go !!
Only worry is who is reffing hopefully not Bentham or Child

| Big improvement needed this weekend from the forwards if we're to get anything from the game, plus our habit of giving penalties/throwing the ball away in our own half will result in plenty of points for a good Cas team, who are more than capable of capitalising on our self inflicted errors. Hope Child doesn't turn up with his jokers hat on again and ruin what could/should be a good game, 2nd worse ref in SL and only just behind that other clown in the middle Bentham. We've got to regain our form sometime, let's hope it's this weekend, not too confident though, our soft underbelly is costing us at the moment, time for our supposed "Giant pack" to stand up and be counted. Get the pack sorted and the rest of the team can start playing with confidence again.

| i think they have proved they are serious contenders this year and we must be at our best to get a result.
we usually do ok against them at our place but the tigers are roaring this year and rightly deserve to be taken seriously!
potentially it could be a belting game, cas will bring lots of noisy fans, something they haven't done for a while, will that boost them or will it put pressure on them?

| Great to see Cas doing so well - they have had a torrid few years and we know what that feels like. Good for RL too to have such good competition within the league (or most of it).
Should be a great game - and we will win only if we deserve to - so up to us to turn up, do the basics well, and play to our potential.
COYG!!!

Yeah I know how the schedule works in terms of each team has to be shown x amount of times. My point is, don't put saints at home to London on the box, or Leeds v London or London v cas, show London against teams they will be in a dog fight with or in their local derby with Catalan (28-22) as close to a positive result the broncos have got this season.
