They tell stories and interview different players each week, Eorl and godwin were on this week, they asked stuff like whos the hardest trainer (eorl said it was grix) whos the best dancer eorl said luke george and when they asked Wayne who had the best dance moves of the players he played with he said Jodie, then said something like he could be the best dancer at huddersfield next season.

If you are interested its an all hudds guest line up next Monday 7-9pm of fooey, chan and Lunt (the real mad Monday permitting!)

Noble & Koukash were on the radio a couple of weeks ago and asked who was leaving Salford, Noble stated then that Jodie was heading your way.

My issue is if Broughton comes who will make way for him ??

Only thing i can think is Smurph to full back to accomodate him but what about Grix ? can't see him getting in front of Jerry either....hmmmm

Simple, Grix keeps the 1 shirt, he,s earnt it, Murphy 5, Broughton gets a squad No.and waits his turn, assuming he can step up from wooden spoonists to the leagues No 1, Blackmore will also have a say, whats the problem?
Baloo will be hopeing for a problem! a selection problem, pre season might help him, if not then it becomes a problem he will enjoy.

looking forward to seeing broughton in a Giants shirt, one of the best wingers in super league.

would imagine it will be mcgillvary and broughton taking the wing spots with murphy to full back. Grix as cover.

I can't see Grix being displaced by Murphy and at the same time I don't want to see Murphy displaced by Broughton.

Let's wait until the off-season before we start speculating about in/out position changes.

No problem, just seems a strange situation to have a player as good as Broughtin sat 'waiting' really, i would assume a player of his lik would be brought in to be a starter....but i agree it would be good for competition too.

Grix to 9?

Broughton in the Huddersfield team equals lots of tries. He wont be left out of the starting 17.

Scoring tries is all very well, Broughton will be facing Messers Charnley, and Monaghan, to name two, stopping tries can be just as important as scoring them, l seem to recall reading something, along the lines that thats a part of his game he,s not too good at. Maybe he,s improved. Pre season folks.

What he brings is genuine pace, Jerry is very quick on short distance runs and power, whereas Broughton maintains it over a longer distance, expect to see him on the end of some Broughy kick throughs.

Rhinos definitely have Lunt on their radar as their first choice 9 for next season and if they can't sign him it looks like Aiton will go instead

Rhinos were too tight to pay Lunt when they could have had him for no fee last year. He would cost them a Kings ransom now, he doesn't have the reputation but he is the best hooker in Super League bar none. (Cue what about Roby posts - Roby is a great scooter, cracking support runner and fine defender, his passing is not very good - just look at the rubbish pass to Wilkin last friday cost a decent chance at drop goal. He is a great strength to the Saints team but also a limitation on how they play)

Murphy's best position at Wakefield was apparenttly at Centre so he could be a threat to Wardle. He gives us cover at a number of positions as well as pressure on the players in those positions.

Jodies defence is fine, he has just never played with anyone decent or consistent inside him, plus the lad always gets back to cover on the other side of the field he is that quick! Will be a great signing, i said at the time we should have gone for him over George (Jodie renewed his contract with Salford) look forward to seeing him in claret and gold

No chance Durham- Wardle is developing into a fantastic centre. Wardle over murphy for me.

Think Faiumu will leave to be honest with Grix taking over his role and Murphy to FB and broughton wing.

Why must anyone else be leaving? We don't have a squad of up to 30 for nothing! We are losing George and possibly Dawson and Blackmore - we need another winger!
As for grix at 9- disaster. Imagine him getting battered by the big guys!
