Sorry to the mods but I've started this thread so that everyone reads it and doesn't skim over it reading the £8 thread. The Leeds end is already sold out and now they're moving into our areas so it's vital that we all attend in large numbers to compete with them vocally which lifts the boys. Watching the Giants live isn't a patch on watching it on tv and our lads can't hear you cheering them on from your sofa or pub. There's going to be some massive queues predicted on Sunday at the game to pick up tickets for the Leeds game so it may save you some time if you nip down to the stadium before Sunday. I've queued for Wembley tickets before and don't fancy going through that again unless I have to so I'm going for mine tomorrow. Our fans have taken a battering over the years for attendance figures and this is our big chance to correct that in front of the nation. Don't let this chance pass us by to attract new fans along with us at a very reasonable price that isn't likely to be bettered. Tell your family, tell your mates and mention it on all other forums and social media websites. Your club needs you!!

true about the queues, think ill pop down today for mine

Ordered tickets by phone 5pm Tuesday, were here Wednesday morning, can not quibil with that service from the Ticket Office.

Any idea how many we have sold Ponner?

Just checked and Leeds are still selling tickets for behind the sticks- "medium availability" which probably means they've sold their first lot and have taken all the rest which are selling well.
It will be the biggest embarrassment ever if we are outnumbered by rhinos fans!

Away stand holds 4054 so I do t believe we have sold out the away stand. Club tweeted 2k was sold yesterday.

went to collect my tickets today, and the 3 other guys down there were after tickets for the certain football match this saturday

Plenty getting giants tickets when I went down both times today- had to go back as they'd allocated mine to the wrong stand.

Tbf I didn't actually specify- I just assumed they'd put me in the same side as my season ticket.

I would have thought they'd give the riverside tickets preference because it's in camera view. They've closed the upper tier for some reason, wonder what's going to happen to the Legend ST holders, they will have to sit with the rank and file - what a comedown.

2 people have been in touch with the club.

The first was told that the Leeds end was almost sold out.

The second was told a while later that it was sold out.

Choice:

1. Believe rumours;
2. Believe the club.

But is that 'sold out' as in 4K or only the allocation they were given?

Or is it just that they have given the full allocation to leeds to sell- but dint know how many leeds have sold. The Leeds club tweeted they had sold 2k on wednesday.

The club should open the upper tier for the Leeds overflow, it would look better on tv.

The Leeds end holds 3600 and all have been sold. They now have tickets for the Direct Golf stand.

According to the Leeds ticket website they are still selling tickets behind the goals, i've no problem with them being in the side stands as longs as there is sensible stewarding which means that they are kept away from the more populated middle sections as not to cause conflict with the home fans - i realise this is easier said than done as its unreserved seating on the day.

2000?? You'd have to hope then that ALL the season ticket holders are actually going on Sunday and are actually going to get their Leeds tickets then - if not I fear Ken may have the answer to his question. Outnumbered by the away fans? Just great..

Dont know how many we have sold in total, but just got my three tickets for the game and the three people in front of me got a total of 25 between them.

There seemed to be plenty of others dressed in Fartown gear waiting behind me as well, three ticket booths open so they must be expecting some numbers going down (yes i know Town are playing tomorrow but i also expect most of Towns supporters to have already bought them by now)

The last time I remember any trouble BETWEEN fans at our ground was over 8 years ago and was a leeds game - it was pre-segregation and one of the lot who sat up at the back got a fist in the mush (but wasnt entirely innocent). Id rather they moved the advertising things and made more space for them.
If we have only sold 2000 (I'm not convinced!) looks like we are going to have to be embarrassed whatever the outcome of the game. Bradford are expecting 14,000 for their game against leeds tonight.
