He would be a very good signing. Is it actually likely to happen or just wishful thinking?

He's a player we are looking at- I suppose it depends on castleford and whether they are prepared to let him go. I can see the sense in getting in another hooker if either fooey or Lunt are injured / rested we have no one to really step in except robbo- and that throws up new problems! We have a couple of 17 year olds but I'm not sure they are good enough to step up.

He must be going to get some games somewhere, otherwise why only a month?

its clear than anderson is learning from the past though when we have suffered burnout and players being tired so this could prove to be a brilliant signing. keeping the players fresh for when it matters!!!!

i know we have a few other youngsters like farrell and leeming but they dont have super league experience and this lad does, played 10 games.

looking forward to seeing how he goes. wonder if he will play this weekend and is he eligible for the challenge cup??

you could also argue that lads like Farrell and Leeming wont get Super League experience when we are signing youngsters on loan form other clubs !

Surely it wouldn't have harmed to give these 2 some 1st team exposure rather than helping another club's up and coming talent ?

Farrell seems to think he is going to aus next season. Anyway he's switched back to loose forward

For absolute, definite fact, Fuey is contracted until the end of 2014. RT signed said contract so he ought to know. The BBC have got it wrong. He is quite willing to talk with you about it.

can see where baloo is comin from signing the lad from wires but i don't agree with it last weekend when the subs kicked in robbo to hooker leroy half back (no disrespect to the lad but he cant communicate quickly enough)and fuey played loose forward so if lunty is pulled off no sub for him

We have enough players who can slot in at LF, seemed a bit of a way about the houses thing to do I thought. But I suppose when you are so far ahead it does no harm to try stuff.
So does this mean the search for the half back has been given up? Wire were happy for o'brien to go out on loan earlier in the season.
Perhaps PA has decided to go down a different route with a new 9 and fuey at loose at least for this year. Wonder if he knows when his contract runs out....

There's more than a few on our board, me included, that can't understand what's going on with this loan. there must be a bigger picture without wishing to get too Machiavellian

May be, but, we're hardly blessed ourselves there at the moment. Age isn't on the side of our current first choice '9's and Monaghan is struggling for a bit of form following a bout of injuries, although the standards he set previously are particularly high so I might be being unfair?

If he gets a game I'd be interested to hear what you guys think, from what I've seen he has a chance. Him going to you may have been us being given a clearer run at a certain 9 from Cas?

i think its a good signing in my eyes faiumu isnt a hooker to slow at the play the ball and not the best at passing, if faiumu is going into the forwards will help to rest and rotate players can keep players fresh also may give a chance to give lunt a rest so im happy with this signing, from what i have seen of him brilliant talent
