it makes no diffrence to us who we play saints or leeds as both will be tough games but if we do play saints on friday then our fans should go there in numbers to see the dump for one last time

As a Saints fan I can't see why we would pick anyone other than Huddersfield.

Any sentiment needs to go out of the window and we need to pick the team which we are most likely to beat. Whoever we play is going to be a tough game but in a choice between the team that finished 1st and the one that finished 5th the team in 5th has to be the logical choice.

The club call system is ridiculous, we should automatically be playing the lowest ranked team left in the competition without the daftness of us being able to pick who we play.

If you chosse us which I would expect, the coaching staff and players will use it as an extr incentive to perform on the night.

In a way I think having the choice is a chore rather than a benefit.

Does any team need an extra incentive to win in a knockout Semi-Final? I think both teams will have more than enough incentive going into the game.

But if you pick the team that was top of the table and they beat you the response will surely be "serves you right, shouldn't have been so cocky" etc. If the team that is the lowest placed one available to pick beats you then as disappointing as it would be then there isn't that same aspect of cockiness about it (if that makes sense!)

We should be playing the lowest ranked team without any of this daft club call so I think out of respect for the other teams that is who we have to pick.
