On the saints website it says Roby out 4 weeks and Lomax 4-6 weeks

With Cunningham possibly on a discplinary after Friday.

Don't like players injured but it does help our semi final bid!!

Let's hope we come through unscathed.

Saints are having some injuries this season. Still managing to lead the table though.

Meli has also done his Hamstring. So he is unlikely to feature.

As it stands Saints are going to be playing kids in the semi, but even those kids are getting injured.

Lomax is or 3rd choice hooker and he is out for upto 6 weeks.

So going into the semi final Saints will definately be without

In addition Cunningham may be banned.

Wheeler who would probably play left centre is also most certainly out of the semi final. As is Jonnie Lomax.

Eastmond and Flannery have mumps which is likely to leave them physically weak, and also cause them to have lost weight. They will be able to play but wont be physically upto it.

Gidley also struggled on Friday having returned following a leg injury.

Therefore i think you guys have an awesome chance to make it to the final.

The week before the semi we play Wigan which is likely to take a couple of other players out.
I suspect Wigan will do a job on Eastmond, as they did in 2005 to Long to ensure we dont win anything.

It really does not look ideal preparation for the business end of the season too.

Despite the situation Saints find themselves in I think they're still favourites. They have the big match experience that will be a big help to them.

I think it would be very close even if we had full team out for our semi with you but with the players out injured I'd say it's looking good for you men.

Saints being saints are still capable of getting to wembley but can't see it with the team we will have out.

Injuries are part and parcel of the game and will not be used as excuse by me.

I would be shocked if the RFL banned him for the semi final.

with his good record and seeing as it was only a punch I don't think he will miss the semi.

I know he may have broke the guys jaw but punching and much worse happen every week on the rugby pitch.

How is your injury situation?

We have 3 out. Raleigh, Lolesi and Kirmond. All 3 second rows and all would have been in the seventeen. We are a bit light in the back row. Using two hookers and a winger in there at the minute.

Will be intersting to see how the RL will react to this at the end of the day it was a clear swipe at the defender, petulant yes but still a clear swipe with no good reason.

We'll have to see.

we hope that lolesi and raleigh might be back but raleigh would be unlikely to be match fit although he is a tough bugger who puts in a lot of hard work and recovers well.

Have heard nothing on Kirmond. However it was a cheekbone so may be quite fit.

We play catalans at home and then Hull away.

If that's true then it shows how corrupt the RFL is. Basically they've just said that it's ok to break someones cheekbone and eye socket with a punch.
