It maybe peanuts as Lee and his agent wouldn't have had much bargaining power, SL clubs were hardly fighting over signing him, but 4 years is a gamble we didn't need to take, as I say go for 2 years with options, as if it turns out to be a bad signing then the peanuts have still to be paid for the full term

Thing is about moving players on, sometimes they weren't ready and then develop later

Well no great surprise but will reserve judgement until after Rick and Co. have had a full pre season to work out the combinations/positions and get everyone fit and up for the flying start we will need. Plenty of so called good signings made over the years who totally underwhelmed so not despondent at all so far. Hoping for at least Mamo and possibly one other should Wardle go. Happy so far and will put my faith in Rick to get some significant improvements from all squad players -. could not be much worse than last season?
