Leaving Wakefield in a couple of hours, I don't expect much traffic flowing out of Wakey to contend with.

Not bad timings that - I used to manage Poole - Huddersfield in 5:30 hours

it took me over 5 1/2 hours to get there though due to some bumpkin overturning his tractor/trailer on the A34 and some dozy mare hitting a bridge in the new forest!

I was going to put 4:30 but realised that would have suggested I may have broken a speed limit or two.

Plus Friday evening traffic.

Although already commented upon, i used to hitchhike from Netheravon every Friday tea time and still used to get back to Huddersfield quicker than that! Best time was in 3.5 hours (and yes the speed limit was broken many times)
