Too many different interpretations of the rules between different refs.
In Wakey / Wire game Silverwood allowed quick tap penalties whereas Bent-ham pulled Cas back even when taking the tap at the correct place.

That's what infuriates fans IMO and with the differing interpretations players must get confused.

Looks at Cas v Wakie just 5 weeks ago. Catalans would have been penalised off the park if that rulebook was applied tonight.

Its just not consistent.

great ref debate over here in the nrl... that st george try when the defender and ref collided and left the st george player unmarked to score the try, i said it should be a try as st george did nothing wrong, this having 2 refs can cause problems has was shown in this game

too much inconsistency with the shouting 'held' when shoving players into touch or behind the try line for me it needs clearing up

grix was 'held' for the no try at cas!

happened again today when someone was lifted. He only shouted held the moment he was about to cross the line.
