The hatred felt by some fans towards neighbouring clubs in Rugby league ,is amazing, Wakefield are going through a bad time at the moment like many clubs before them, Including Huddersfield on many occasions, who most likely without the input of K Davy would be long gone, If things go badly for Wakey and they get replaced by Toulouse perhaps, how long before people are wailing and moaning about having to play another team from France who only bring a dozen fans, I think it wouldnt be long before people would be remembering with fondness the games when wakey used to bring 1500.
They have made mistakes like most clubs, but no doubt they have done their best with what they have, i would be sorry to see them go, and although i am very uneasy about their chances, i hope they get their new stadium, Rugby League needs as many clubs to be successful as possible to compete with soccer, and the real enemy Rugby union.
Huddersfield have been saved a few times by some very good people, but anyone who thinks that without K Davy they would be anything other than grubbing along in the NLs is dreaming, I am glad they are going forward, they are the main team i go to watch, but for the life of me i can not see one single reason how Wakefield being Relegated would be in any way beneficial to the Giants, Wakefield need friends at the moment, not people putting the boot in.

We have 6 players on international duty
Stacks of academy players and home grown players coming through
A team made mainly of England Elligble players or overseas internationals
A sound infrastructure
Part ownership in our own ground (soon to be expanded dramatically)
