To All, Stephen Wild's best years are now behind him. This lad has been around for a long time and put his body on the line, week in week out. He's got to the stage where he's been unable to train in between games and his body can only just about manage game day. All the best to him and well done to his agent on getting him a new deal

Still my favourite player at the Giants and am sorry to see him go, but the time is right for both parties. Salford aren't messing about, they are recruiting good pros for the new season and Wild will be the best of the bunch if his knees can keep up. Wish him all the very best and fully expect the fans to give him a warm reception when he returns with the Reds next year.

Not too bothered about this, he has been very good for us and I respect him for staying with us instead of going to Saints but he always seems unfit when he plays.

His defensive effort today was immense, he does alot of the unseen stuff and even when not fully fit gives his all. A true pro and vastly underrated during his peak with the Giants IMO. He is not the same player of two or three years ago, but still has alot to offer and would have been a quality addition to better sides than Salford but they remind me of us 4-5 years ago and hopefully the only way is up for them.
