I very much doubt it, just Like Chris Hill with us if/when he goes to SL they know he is doing it to try and prove himself in a better league, if he was going to a big spending SL club then that would be different!

Not at all, James Graham handled his departure with dignity and showed respect towards Saints. He continued to put in 100% commitment and effort to Saints throughout his contract discussions.

The animosity towards Kyle from a large proportion of the Saints fans was because of the way he handled himself, showing a complete lack of respect to the club who has brought him to where he is today; and indeed the Rugby League sport itself.

James Graham will receive nothing but praise and well wishes from the Saints fans.

Chris Hill would be a very good replacement and fully deserved of a shot at the top tier.

I agree with you, whenever I've seen him I've been impressed. A hard working prop who isn't afraid of putting in the hard yards is my impression of him.

Of course Hilly would go with all our good wishes.

I guess the saddest thing from this 'flat capper's' perspective is that lads like Hill will hardy ever get a chance of 'the big time' with the Club they have been loyal to.

Chris may or may not go to SL next season but one things for sure and that is,saints will want someone who can step into JGs boots straight away,i'm not sure chris is that player.The step up to top 4 SL is massive.

Perhaps they'll sign big jake back off cas.

I couldn't understand why they let Emmitt go in the first place. He would have been a good interchange prop for them this season, who could have built up to a starter as the season went on. Seemed a strange decision to let him and Hargreaves go at the same time.

No i'm not saying that mate because i think he is ready for SL.
What i'm saying is saints are consistantly a top 4 team and they will want a ready made prop to replace JG,i think it will be a while before CH is ready for that level of RL.

well i hope graham takes the nrl by storm, a more loyal player you would be hard to find, unlike the money grabbing waste of space eastmond is. however more importantly to leigh, i do think hilly will go, and i will wish him well, because he has been simply massive for us over the years, and i for one think he could defo make the admitted big step up to sl.

Not a chance, he's done his time at Saints and now wants to prove himself against the Aussies. Eastmond just cashed in before he did anything other than showpony about and get injured every 5 minutes and disappear in big games.

Hill is a SL player playing in the Championship as simple as that, he is THE best player outside SL never mind best Prop! He would add to any SL side

Though I believe Hill would go well in SL Saints need much more than him to replace Graham as he does the work of two props. Hill is one of the very best in Champ but it's still a big step and as mentioned even more so to one of the best clubs in the game.

If he was at the level he'd be there by now on big money but only time will tell. He couldnt go anywhere better that's for sure!

Right, got you now. I guess that's down to an individuals opinion on what they see the threshold as. For me, the SL isn't a lucrative enough competition to be classed as 'big time' with one of the weaker teams.

You'd have to be performing in one of the top teams at a top level to really be classed as big time. However, that's just my opinion of course.
