In all seriousness I can't see Evans being considered as a replacement for Donlan, he's having a great season, last Sunday he showed great FB play by forcing a younger faster Greenwood breakaway across the pitch towards touch, whilst telling his own team mates Armstrong and Maden to hold their positions out wide, this forced Greenwood into throwing a wild pass straight into touch. Saved a certain try, by using his experience.

He is and very experienced.

I think all our players are going well this season.

we already have a ready made replacement for Stu and thats Johnny Pownall, Evans will be utilised as a threequarter.

You normally talk sense Dico but Donlans playing better than ever if you ask me. When he was in Super League he was played out of position in the centres or on the wing for some reason.

Not Welsh enough now that he's chosen to play for England instead!

The Chris Bridge that will be Englands first choice right centre this year, yep, that one. The words world class were never used either, at 5'11 and 13 stone 10ish he simply doesn't have the size to be world class. That and I shook my head as him and Harrison got pounded by a 40 year old bouncer, bleedin pansies, never had the same respect since.

In 4 years time mentioning Donlan and Evans in the same breath will be considered ludicrous, I was simply offering you an alternative as you were all boning your centre options this year and not many know Evans can comfortably slip in at fullback. With respect to Stuart Littler (actually thats none), stick Evans on the centre to which you strike most often, he's deceptively strong; more to do with his balance I reckon

Iv'e seen him play 3 times,twice live for england academy and once on tv.
If he brings to us the form he showed in two of those games i'll be as delighted as you are that he's here with us.

To be honest I thought he was no different to any young player in leigh colours today.And to be a bit picky thought he poor defending his own line wether that is because he doesn't know our defensive patterns or match nerves,can see why big nose smith as sent him out into the big bad world to see what he can do standing on his own two feet and not surrround by world class players.

I suspect he will play 2 more and a super league club will get him off us
