My interpretation, after hours poring over the format, is that if we won there in week one, we would be at home in week 3 - probably against Fev.

It looks complicated but what it does say is that winners of week one will be at home in week three. You were told wrong.

Batley were 3 points behind us, yes they won, but we got a bonus point. Batley finished 1 point behind us.

Don't know if I will be bothered after that. A lot will depend on day and time. I'm not booking time off to go that's for sure. Hope they take that into consideration

According to Twitter the TV game is likely to be Sheffield-Halifax which I find a little surprising. Remains to be seen whether that means we play on the Sunday.

I fancy our chances at Sheffield with us hitting a bit of form and them hitting a slump and expecting them to be tired. I also fancy Leigh`s chances of an upset so pretty much hoping for a Leigh Vs Fax final.

Qualifying Play-off: Featherstone Rovers v Leigh Centurions (3.00pm). Winning team has a bye in Week 2 and a home play-off in Week 3, losing team at home in Week 2 to Elimination Play-off winners.

I totally agree James and it was only me who referred to Batley.

My only point however about Batley was purely to infer it is completely hypocritical for us all to accuse Featherstone of something that the RFL have previously received complaints from fellow clubs regarding the actions of SCL on shared gates involving Leigh.

If that point was lost in translation I can only apologise for not putting it across in more Laymans terms for you



I agree with Rotherham Fev Fan. The solution is to finish top and not one Leigh fan would give a monkeys ass.

I also chuckle reading the shiiiiite on here, you wastes of skin group together fill small section of the terrace and low and behold theres 500 of you. But when it suits and the terrace is rammed all the way along and the corners the crowd is lower than stated, you couldnt make it up

It's definantely possible, for example if Fev & Sheffield win week 1 and then Leigh & Fax win week 2 the week 3 pairings will be exactly the same as week 1 (Fev v Leigh & Sheff v Fax). It's for this reason they have the club call for week 3 in the SL play-offs

It make's you wonder why they have such a long play-off series when we could just have 1v4, 2v3 and the winners in the final. especially when all the play-off gates are so low.
