It's Leigh RU Mini & Junior Annual Presentation Dinner at 3pm that Sunday so I'm sure lots of kids, parents, and coaches will be praying for a different day.

To miss this game will be a nightmare scenario, and as I'm one of the coaches I can't not turn up.

I think Wigan will be Friday night as aren't latics at home on the Sunday. Catalans may be the Saturday due to flights etc?

What day is the last premier league games being played on this year? We want to avoid this if we can

ALL last premier league matches are being played on 13th KO 3pm, if we can we must aviod this. It doesn't just effect the top of the table but the bottom with Bolton and Wigan etc in the relegation battle.

Not sure how Wigan can play at home as they won't be able to play any later than Thursday?

Who has 1st dibs BBC or Sky ?

that IMHO would be the best option, Leeds united are in league one so it wont effect the Leeds fans traveling and all the footy matches will be over by then.

Sunday at 5:30 i'd be made up, no soccerball clashes, TV game.

That's the only time i wouldn't be able to go as i go to work at 6 o'clock.

To be fair, I don't think whatever day the game is played will drastically effect the amount that we bring across. We have always taken a fairly healthy travelling support irrespective. Outnumbered Salford fans on Sunday! Lets hope you get a great crowd and and there is a bit of money to deposit at the bank on Monday morning.

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach =#0000FFBrian McDermott has said his side will pay Leigh Centurions the utmost respect after being handed a trip to the Leigh Sporting Village in the Quarter Final of the Carnegie Challenge Cup.

Leigh were the only non-Super League side left in the last eight and their 19-18 extra-time win over Halifax is a plum home tie against the reigning Super League champions.
Rhinos Head Coach Brian McDermott said, "This is a dangerous tie for us if we underestimate Leigh. They have got a great set up there at their new home and they have ambitions to be a Super League club.We will treat Leigh with the same respect that we show all Super League opposition and prepare accordingly. I am sure they will be rubbing their hands at the chance to turn over the Champions and will perhaps expect us to go there over confident and slip up. We need to make sure that that does not happen.
"A number of our players have played there either for England or the Knights so it is not a complete unknown for us however we are very much looking forward to going there as Leeds Rhinos for the first time," added McDermott.
Leigh coach =#0000FFPaul Rowley is relishing the chance to face Leeds Rhinos in the Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter-finals.
And Rowley can't wait for the tie, which will be played over the weekend of May 11-13.
"They're the world champions so you couldn't ask for a bigger or more attractive game," he said.
"I've got the utmost respect for Leeds and their coach. I like watching Leeds and it will be a privilege to be able to host them.
"It's up to our club and the town to get behind the players and fill the stadium. It is amazing what effect a vocal crowd can have on a team.
"I'm sure every club wanted to play us and I'm quite happy with that. There will be no pressure on us. We can relax and hopefully do ourselves justice."
The Centurions will go into the tie without experienced half-back John Duffy, who sustained a shoulder injury against Halifax.
"It's a shame for John," said Rowley. "He's our club captain and pivotal to everything we do but we've got a game against Sheffield this week to learn to play without him."
