Has Armistead been fit since we signed him? Seems he's struggled a fair bit this season probably because he's had to play when nowehere near 100%.

I just thing a change might be worth a shot. What about Mort at stand off?

He did his knee, in one of the early games, and seems to have been limping since. Stuart Donlan has also been limping most of the season. I do not question the bravery, or commitment of these two, but it may be better, from a team perspective, if they rest up and get back to 100% fitness. In this competition, you get found out, if you are less than 100%.

We defiantly need to win the forward game at Whitehaven if we are going to come back with any points. Castle seemed to make a very good impact off the bench with his strong running and would like to see him play that role as well. Smith swap positions with Jock as at times, most of the time, Smith acts as a another runner and doesn't link the play and Jock hasn't been himself this year so maybe a swap would do them good.

would like to see stanton playing off nanyn.

nanyn will score trys or as the ability to offload and i think stanton could feed well of those opportunitys.(sp)

Leigh just need to play catch and pass.

It is a bloody simple game, and when you look at halifax, they don't have a move in them.

They just stand back, create a deep line, and feed off the 2 halfbacks and Beswick. The gaps will always be there!!

Leigh need to run at McNally. He is a poor defender, but tiring out their pivot can see us winning this. If not, we will get absolutely slaughtered in a shell shocked fashion yet again (as per fax and Gateshead!)

I think we have been cursed for 2 long.

Maurice despite my support of Watson I,d play him at 7 and I keep posting this..................... We need to change our game plan and if players can,t tackle nice lads they may be, but we shouldn,t play them,

Stand off is our problem if we are stuck with our present
