I was in the North Stand and from where I was it looked like he ran in and punched out , however he's not been charged so it mustn't be the case

That's what I saw from the west stand but it wasn't so drastic it needed anything more than the sin binning, that was enough.

From where I was stood it looked like he charged in with a Samurai sword and decapitated him. It's amazing that sometimes the human eye sees what it wants to see.

At least one Keighley try today came as a result of a Barlow indiscretion. My opinion at the moment is that he is a bit of a liability. In the first half he went flying in at least once....its a good job he missed is all I will say.

I don't know what CD this lad listens to just before he comes out of that tunnel but I'd imagine it sounds rather sinister, he comes out to play hard, I don't think dirty at all, maybe has a little brain fart now and again, could've been sent off after 11 seconds today had he connected.

Thought Barlow got through quite a lot of work and was one of the 'safer' players ball in hand. Agree about the brainfarts but I'm sure he'll learn when to channel his aggression. Eventually.

Does it say anywhere in my post that you aren't Derek? I don't think that Sam is that bad. We have a very experienced centre who gives a lot more penalties away and doesn't mind a tare up. Sam is fine and if his temper ever starts to be a problem then I'm sure Paul will bring him into line or get rid.

I always am ready. TV Boy was highlighting others were also at fault which I don't disagree with. I simply stated this was a thread about SB. At this moment in time I am not convinced he can get through the season without seeing red. I am hoping of course to be proved wrong.

My thoughts are we look better when we start with Barlow as the 3rd prop. So far Sam is having a great season

Every successful team needs a hard nut not afraid to mix it when the going gets tough. That's not just in Rugby League but look at the teams in association football over the years who ever won anything and its also true. Your Tommy Smiths, Nobby Stiles. In recent years Robson, Keane. Look at the Leeds United teams in their glory years.

Even when Blackburn Rovers won the league recently they had a lad called David Batty who made the opposition know they were no soft asses.

Sadly Leigh teams have been lacking someone like young Barlow for far to long now. Paul Rowley has addressed it.

Charlie Pausey was one tough player. That's what I am talking about.We were some team with him in it. Hard as nails on the field. Literally.
